    TBow is really easy to figure. On 0 days rest he pretty much stinks. If he goes a while without working he stinks. Last year- No rest ERA 8.72 1 day rest ERA 1.05 And that isn't an ERA fluke. His walks go down, his BAA goes down and his Ks pick up.

    Thats is one of the biggest misconceptions there is. This has absolutely nothing top do with the union and everything to do with the owners able to veto basically anything. You need 25 ownership votes to get anything done. All it takes it 6 owners to squash something. Angelos had to be bribed when the Nats came. You think the Steinbrenner's are going to give up on getting YES fees from south Jersey? You think the Brewers are willing to concede La Crosse and Eau Claire to the Twins? You think the Cubs and the Cardinals are going to come to a friendly agreement over southern Illinois?

    Eveland isn't soft tossing. Manny is older than Eveland right now. Most 22 year olds don't do well in MLB, Yo is special in that regard. Not saying Eveland didn't have some problems, but people just seem not to really understand how good he was in the minor leagues. In 2006 as a 22 year old in AAA: 105.0 Inn 71 hits 4 HR 41 BB 110 Ks
