  1. I'm expecting to hear about the same thing from Bill Schroeder.
  2. Moved and merged into existing discussion: http://brewersfandemonium...ey-doing---#reply-686790
  3. This is already being discussed (a little bit), so I'm going to merge the above posts into that thread. Discussion starts here: http://brewersfandemonium...s--sign-say#reply-686790
  4. That's really cool. Next time you're on the radio, give us some notice. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  5. Steve Jobs' Thoughts on Flash (April, 2010)
  6. Moved to Major Leagues: http://forum.brewerfan.net/viewtopic.php?t=24268
  7. Previously, iPads connected to Verizon via a separate MiFi Hotspot router. I wonder if the connecting to a MiFi is still an option. It would be handy for those wishing to connect with variety of devices.
  8. Someone here can be more definitive, but from what I recall, it's too early to be antsy. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif I think the middle of the month is what I remember people reporting in other years.
  9. Radio isn't blacked out on mlb.com. Games would be blacked out on WTMJ's site, though.
  10. Even back in the County Stadium days, people camped out to be first in line. We went in 1999 (without camping out) in order to get seats for what was supposed to be the final game. The first people in our line bought 400-plus tickets for assorted games.
  11. Brewers sell 98,000 tickets today http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  12. Stickied in Off Topic. Feel free to repost there. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Fantasy Baseball 2011
  13. In fairness, Melvin and Roenicke really have to defend their players until they start sucking when it counts.
  14. Moved here: http://forum.brewerfan.net/viewtopic.php?t=24230 http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  15. He calls the statheads "worrywarts." That's fine in a blog post or a column, but not in a feature article.
  16. No, the reason is because in the 1950's the NFL owners… It was the early 1960s actually, but the point remains the same. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Revenue sharing is a much larger factor than the cap when it comes to teams having a relatively equal chance of competing. The NFL followed the American Football League's lead and adopted revenue sharing after Pete Rozelle became commissioner. Wellington Mara is the large market owner who championed this cause. One huge key was that only half of the NFL teams had TV contracts at the time revenue sharing was enacted.
  17. You can see the front page with projected records without logging in. Clicking through to the depth charts requires a paid subscription.
  18. Yeah, Mass Haas told me the same thing. The bottom line is that IE can be really weird, and even with the same browser version, User A might not see the same thing as User B.
  19. Could you check both Brewerfan and LambeauLeap again? Thanks again for helping.
  20. YouTube has changed its video embed code. To post here on the board, you need to use YouTube's "old" code. This tutorial covers how to add YouTube videos to posts: Adding YouTube videos to your posts This article should cover videos posting videos from other sites: Videos: Adding Videos To Posts
  21. There's no rush; this isn't earth-shattering. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif Which version of IE were you using?
  22. A google search for is gomusicnow.com legal in the us provides a variety of answers, many of which indicate that the site is legal. However, moskalyuk.com cites a Wall Street Journal article which says it isn't legal. I'd link directly to the Wall Street Journal article, but you need a subscription to read it. (I think a subscription is free.) I think the Wall Street Journal would trump the other answers that are provided mainly by "amateurs." EDIT: Subscription isn't free.
  23. How about now (Brewerfan)? I'm not going to fiddle with LambeauLeap until we get it right here. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  24. Are they still gone? I moved the code, so I just wanted to be sure. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif They should be gone on LambeauLeap, too.
  25. Thanks. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif I added a line to the CSS here at Brewerfan. Are the hearts still showing up? I don't have IE, so I'm just stabbing in the dark.
