  1. Cirillo at 2nd base through 2003: 27 games, 195 innings Cirillo at 3rd base through 2003: 1271 games, 10373.2 innings In 2004, Jeff had 11 games at 3B and 4 games at 2B, but I don't have the inning totals.
  2. I'd have had Hardy bunt, but I wouldn't have been pleased about doing it.
  3. I concur. It was difficult and Branyan did the right thing. The second play could have been an error, though.
  4. I didn't know they still made Hamm's. Is the Hamm's bear still the mascot?
  5. Any further updates on Damian Miller?
  6. Here's the Dish Network thread on the Brewers' mlb.com board: Game blacked out on Dish Network The news isn't encouraging over there either. One post says it's routine to black out about half the games. Hopefully someone here can tell us otherwise.
  7. I believe it was somewhere on this forum that I read that Branyan had gotten a shot in his shoulder and would likely be out until Friday.

  9. Obermueller pitched a complete game shutout against Houston last September 25th.
  10. I just quoted. Are you trying to quote more than one paragraph? That never works. You have to paste the rest in a second step.
  11. I'll take Junior's current .828 OPS at second base. I'd say that he's still doing his job. He's had to go 0 for 3 today to drop to that number.
  12. What a team ultimately wants to do is maximize run differential, no matter how it ends up working out.
  13. That Clark play was horrible, but it's also not characteristic of him. This is a game thread; we can nitpick and take things out of context to a degree. In two weeks, I would think this play would become irrelevant in any discussion of Brady Clark. Today, it's completely relevant, not so much as it pertains to Brady, but as it pertains to the game itself.
  14. I'll let it fly! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif When it comes to the Tigers, I get my Carloses (Peña and Guillen) mixed up. Shoot, I had to edit a post the other day because I interchanged 'Miller' and 'Moeller'. Yeeouch!
  15. Odalis Perez Hey, if I didn't mention it, someone would have! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  16. Being that it's only April 17th, there's only one thing I'm willing to conclude so far. While I don't recall it happening today, it's that this team is sending runners all too often. Other than that, as cliched as it sounds, sample sizes are small. Look at some of the 'conclusions' we were making last year with the whole first half of the season as a sample size, and look at how we had to change those 'conclusions'.
  17. And actually, Davis had the flu yesterday, too.
  18. Great catch Magruder!!! Would that have been a homer?

  20. If Bob Brainerd can spotlight a 3TO sign or t-shirt, I'll forgive him for his existence during the duration of that segment.

  22. Branyan: shoulder tenderness, will probably rest tomorrow, too. Jenkins: flu.
  23. Deleted due to irrelevance. Thanks, Brian.
