    That was the definition of this series. runner on 2nd and a 3-1 count on Cam. He swings at ball four and flies out. Instead of takign the walk and getting Harden pulled, he tries to be the man and hit it out. Then Kendall strikes out and it's on to the 8th. It's time for these guys to regroup on the plane to Atlanta and get back to winning. We need something to go right....

    Great call. No one thought Milwaukee would go 7-0 on the road and no one expected a 1-5 start to this homestand. Baseball is funny this way. This team just has to relax and get back to playing better baseball. Plus, a win against Harden tomorrow would be at least a little lift. Wow. Look at all the people hitting the exits.

    You know this is reminding me of the St. Louis series except in reverse. Tony LaRussa didn't blame the pitchers, he blamed the hitting. 5 hits tonight after 5 last night...that's not good enough

    but in 2 of is losses, he gave up the runs later on in the game (dodgers game in may, rockies game earlier this month) If I recall right, that's when the offense scored ZERO runs for him. In other words, every pitch had to be perfect. He needs to be big all night

    First inning will be big for #15. If he is on, you can see it early...if he gives up runs, it seems to be early.
