  1. O/U on games behind Cubs on 8/31. I’ll set the line at 2.5. Leaning over right now.
  2. When you have an offense this good, you can give up outs bunting!
  3. It's just absolutely insane managing. I will never understand Murphy.
  4. 2nd and 3rd 1 out and can't do a thing. Of course.
  5. If Arnold can get something of value for a player he thinks has no future in Milwaukee, great, but trading anything that the organization values is basically pointless. I don't know there's any offense in MLB that, come playoff time, beats the Dodgers starters 4/7 games. To think this team's offense would is fantasy. Trading anything of value for a 5th tier SP isn't going to change a thing. And frankly, even if the impossible happened and they worked a deal for someone like Buxton, I don't think that's enough to beat the Dodgers. I hate the "Best Farm System" championship as much as anyone, but there's legit no way this team as constructed beats the Dodgers in the playoffs, so keep the powder dry for another day. Problem is unless significant changes (that I don't think are very likely) happen, I'm not sure that "another day" ever comes. Cheapskate owners hate a floor as much, or more than, players hate a ceiling, and without a floor, the cap is pointless.
  6. Buxton . Weaver Alvarez I mean Skubal for sure, but I just cannot see this franchise doing that. But then again, I thought the Micah Parsons rumors were completely insane. I know pitching pitching pitching, but we ain't beating the Dodgers without an improvement to the offense and Buxton or Alvarez would be a massive upgrade
  7. No trustworthy bullpen arms and an offense that can't do anything is no way to go through life son.
  8. Do we go K, K, Flyout or we gonna see a fake rally ending with like a brutal double play or something>
  9. Walking in a run feels like the most perfect outcome to this game.
  10. So does Suzuki or Happ hit the HR to win it in the top of the 9th?
  11. Not being able to buy a hit with RISP and then giving away free runs to the opposition usually is not a great recipe to win.
  12. 1st and 3rd with one out and this is what the 2 and 3 hitters in your lineup do. Pathetic,
  13. That’s legit the best game ever pitched by a Brewers starter right? Sheets gave up 3 hits and a run in his 18K game
  14. Still not used to this meaning him being out of the game vs "oh man we really gonna risk sending him out for another inning"
