  1. At least Counsell can throw it to first accurate. Unlike someone throwing from Second.
  2. Bunt?? That was a mighty hit for Kendall.
  3. Camron with another good effort at the plate.
  4. Counsell with a hit-- what more was Yost to do????
  5. How much longer is Yost NOT going to make a move with Weeks. It cost the Brewers a run again!!! Thanks Rickie.
  6. What I find amazing about the Reds baseball players is that Hairston goes down with an injury and hardly one of them can get off their high priced duffs and help him off the field!!! It took a 60 year old Baker and a Trainer and maybe (couldn't catch if it was a player) one player to help him off the field. What happened to strong guys like Dunn giving a hand or wouldn't that be in their contracts???
  7. And he didn't pitch the 2nd inning at Arizona because??? Again, if he would have pitched 1,2,3 what would the score have ended??? What wre Gagne stats in the last couple outings??? And how many times has a relief pitcher pitched in 2 different innings?
  8. What difference did Gagne make to the game last night?? If anything he did his job in the 8th, it was Yost bringing him back out for the 9th. Didn't Yost learn and even admit that Gagne can't pitch in 2 different innings resting between innings???? Even if Gagne would have pitched 1,2,3 in the 9th it wasn't going to help. 2 runs folks. We just got shut down again by an All-Star. I guess we could put all the blame on Mc Clung for giving up the HR to Dunn and slam him.
  9. I also heard from "somebody" that Yost will be fired today. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  10. It looks like we will be getting high school swimming and diving. Then maybe UCLA will be playing tonight. Yippie..
  11. Just wondering, what is the rate of success for first time Big League Managers for a team? It seems to me, they need to get fired a couple times and move around before they either get lucky or find themselves.
  12. Amazing--Mr. Kapler with a hit. I thought he wa soff the team it was so long since he played.
  13. They are due? I didn't even know they were pregnant. 4 straight batters with one pitch outs---great.
  14. I think we all know the Brewers are not as good as the 24-10 which would equal 114-48. But I do think they are as bad or worse than the 16-18 which would be equal to 76-86. What we have in the Brewers is an overhyped bunch of players, manager and coaches. There are just too many holes that many "Brewer Fans" just don't want to see or believe.
  15. Maybe the fact is that our starting pitchers are just not starting/finishing pitchers. Any pitcher can be a starter but it key how many innings can they pitch. Our pitchers seem only to be able to pitch 4 or maybe 5 innings without getting hit hard. Someone in the dugout needs to wakeup and make changes and have 2 4 inning guys as compared to thinking one guy is always going to be pitching 8 innings. We don't have Moose Haas and Mike Caldwell on the staff.
  16. Since the Brewers started last year 24-10, they have been 75-87 over the next 162 games. Is this team really good or just overhyped??
  17. Thank you Ned for getting tossed tonight. Now we all know that Teddy is around for something. You must enjoy reading this board in your spare time. Since you thought we all should see Teddy take over tonight and get on TV.
  18. Do they ever show him in the dugout near Ned????
  19. 0 for 5--- I guess he is now 1 for 6.
  20. Almost 3 Brewers down on one bad bunt.
  21. Now lets see if they know how to move up the runner?????? Something Brewers can't seem to handle.
  22. Time for Lance to take another one deep?????
