  1. Virginia plays at a more deliberate pace than UW and it hasn't hurt their recruiting. Same with Houston
  2. Not Photoshop...yes that is NYC
  3. Sincerely doubt Rodgers wants to share the podium with him on HOF induction day.
  4. I feel happy for MVS. Nice game for what seems like a good dude.
  5. If Corbin Burnes doesn't have a contract come "pitchers and catchers reporting" date, then I'll be concerned about the arbitration thing.
  6. We trudged through the snow to see M3GAN on Saturday. It was the only thing playing near us. It was OK. I don't understand the glowing reviews.
  7. my opinion is that refs are doing as well as they have always done it's just that the technology we use to show games is so much better that we can spot the mistakes a lot easier.
  8. it was a penalty but not as egregious as it looked at first.
  9. Just snagged a top TE recruit for 2024:
  10. When I was in my 20's, I noticed that when someone made an order at a bar the bartender would usually open with "Hi, how's it going?" and the person would say something like "Good, I'll have a...". I made a habit of saying "I'm good. How are you?" and then I'd wait for their reply. It almost always throws them off but usually in a good way.
  11. Running it back is one thing. Running it back without Adams and with a huge contract extension is another thing. That's why I maintain they thought Adams was going to re-sign. I don't know if they would have kept Rodgers had they known Adams wanted out.
  12. Not trading him meant signing him to an extension which meant a boatload of dead cap money no matter what happens. We had a whole thread dedicated to Rodgers trade rumors last year. Didn't seem like many people were saying that was a horrible idea.
  13. If anyone is looking for a horror flick, Barbarian is pretty fun. It has a unique plot structure with some interesting twists.
  14. My wife and I are not gamers and we know what's going on.
  15. Dang, Cowboys throwing Dak into the woodchipper lol
  16. clock management remains a mystery to 90% of nfl coaches
  17. I wonder how he could have done under different ownership? I always felt he was hamstrung by the Seligs.
  18. I totally forgot about that! I need one of those shirts.
  19. Engram enters the portal. Not surprising.
  20. I guess if they want more Raider fans than opposing team fans it does matter. If they don't then...
  21. I think there are teams that would trade for a year of Rodgers if they thought that he would help them win a SB. They just wouldn't trade as much as if they could have more than a year.
  22. Really enjoyed the first episode of The Last of Us. I have zero familiarity with the source material. I'd be curious if people that have played the game like it or not.
  23. I think it's that they are allowing them to go through spring ball so they can see where they are on the depth chart.
  24. The college football transfer portal window opened on December 5th, 2022 and closes 45 days later on January 18, 2023. There is also a 15-day period during the Spring, from May 1-15.
