  1. Yeah if he does want to reset the market I'm guessing he's probably gonna get something like 8 - 10 million (estimate based on the 6 million the top guy makes now). If he wants to bolt for an extra 5% salary go ahead but it'd probably have to be a lot more than that.
  2. oof. wish they'd done that in the first place but hindsight is 20/20 and whatnot
  3. yeah if you say it in the clubhouse and there are reporters around it's gonna get reported. Braves are just looking for excuses.
  4. MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin Assembly committee met Thursday, Oct. 12 to review and approve a tweaked American Family Field funding bill. The city of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County are on board with the changes, documents obtained by FOX6 News show. Lawmakers of both parties also told FOX6 that Gov. Tony Evers is on board. The deal will still have city, county, state and Brewers pay for repairs, but the tweak will mean both the city and county are not losing money. . . The new plan will create a development working group – which will include representatives from the city, county, state and Brewers – to study developing land in and around American Family Field. They are to look at all options for the area, including industrial, commercial, entertainment and residential.
  5. home runs can be flukey too though. The D backs only hit one more homer all season than the Brewers.
  6. "Wins" is a fragile separator too I suppose. The difference between 100 wins and 88 wins is 2 extra wins per month.
  7. Yeah the playoffs are better but I don't think it's set up for the best teams to advance. And I've felt that way since the Cardinals won it all with an 83-win team.
  8. The O Line has been very bad. And Aaron Jones has been out. When you can't run and can't protect it's hard to run an offense particularly with a bunch of 1st and 2nd year guys running routes.
  9. Kinda crazy how many people nailed the record right on the nose.
  10. Cue 7 game series next year...
  11. they had one more homer this season than the Brewers.
  12. People are gushing about Andre Jackson so far. I don't see how he makes a lineup that includes Giannis because he can't shoot but he might get minutes this year.
  13. I think Love is in a tough spot. He's got a 1st or 2nd year receiver at virtually every spot except RB and he has a very suspect offensive line. kind of hard to learn and improve with all that going on. I hope Jones can get back after the bye because he's a veteran and they can use him in a lot of different ways to help alleviate pressure.
  14. they're just so young on offense. D on the other hand....
  15. well that was dumb. Thanks McDaniels
  16. it all starts with the o line and ours is not very good. you end up leaving guys in to chip or double team and its one less guy on a route.
  17. Was Preston Smith covering Adams? Yes. Yes he was. Fire Joe Berry.
  18. Gary hasnt done much of anything tonight
  19. don't disagree with Andy Herman or he will block you. I do think a healthy Aaron Jones makes a world of difference though. You can't do anything outside the tackles with Dillon.
  20. I was joking. should have put it in blue
  21. well at least the Packers came out of the gate fast for once....
  22. can we fire Joe Berry at halftime?
