  1. I'm a big proponent of Dorsey. I feel that he should've been hired as a GM in waiting when he became available. (Murphy and co. clearly had to know of Ted's diminished mental status). I think it's a very valid point about the character risks he took on in KC. Great stuff.
  2. And Brad Davison nailing Joey in the junk!!!
  3. Curious if the Pack will sign anyone prior to the draft in these next two weeks This was the time frame that Jahri Evans signed two years ago. Getting this close to the draft perhaps prices start to come down with jobs becoming harder to come by.
  4. I am definitely NOT in the Metcalf fan club. Scares me with his lack of production. Combine workout warriors without production to back it up are not what we need at #12. I'd be happy with Oliver, Hockensen, White, and Bush. I'd be mostly ok with Sweat. I'm coming around on Taylor or Jonah Williams. I understand the need for talent, youth, and bodies on the OL. Its just not sexy, and we've not picked this high in quite a while.

  6. Thank you to Maas and all of the link reporters. I greatly appreciate all of your work.
  7. I wont be in attendance for the first time since 1998. All streaks must come to an end!! I'll be watching from the comfort of my living room.
  8. At the price Breeland signed for, he would've been nice piece to bring back. I do think corner needs to be addressed in the draft.
  9. I'll echo the fastball velocity. If Jimmy isn't at 95, I'm skeptical about his chances of repeated the 2017 magic
  10. I guess that I'd hang on to Tra. You can never have enough corners. King has yet to stay healthy. I also like the experience he gained last season at safety. If they absolutely need the cap space, fine. But all things being equal I'd hang on to him
  11. Just finished season 4 of Poldark. Really good. British drama set in Cornwall starting around 1790.
  12. Besides the draft pick compensation I've heard it could take a new contract. There won't be any guaranteed money from the new team. Just his base salary. All in all it sounds a bit too rich for this team in my opinion.
  13. That's funny, my four year old loves that dumb commercial. We have to play it back at least for times when on.
  14. No, I'm saying Ball low balled him at the start. Then after internal pressure, upped the offer. Rizzi wasn't playing cheap reindeer games and we end up with leftovers. I'm tired after 13 years of special teams being crap.
  15. No Joey, I disagree. This stinks of Russ Ball's penny pinching ways. The story says that Rizzi left GB without an offer. If they'd have made a strong offer while he was in town, who knows. They let him get back to Miami. Then he had time to open his front door and realize Miami is nice and warm. GB, not so much. If you want a quality known NFL commodity you have to pay. We tried to low ball or slow play. We lost.
  16. I like both moves. Getting ride of Monty speaks to player accountability. Haha wasn't as good as he thought he was. I thought he played soft at times, protecting himself for his pay day. It's understandable from a human point of view. Not so much from a team football point of view. Good luck to both. I see both moves as addition by subtraction.
  17. I've got my hard copy of Red Dead!! Ready for a weekend of lazy video gaming! !
  18. Why are we stopping at two in a row?!!! Might as well run 6 straight off so we may get the parade over with ASAP. This is November people! It's getting cold out there. Go Brwers!!
  19. Uninspiring win today. The offense just can't get on track. In my opinion this game was closer than the final score. Thank goodness Buffalo had a rookie QB. Aaron could've had 2 or 3 picks... very un Rodgers like. On to Detroit.
  20. As AMAZING as Yelich has been, I'll have to go with CC. That guy was off the chain. Complete games, no hitter (screw you Pittsburgh! !), 3 days rest, no Sheets, team falling down around him. I've never witnessed a Brewere do that. My only regret was not seeing him pitch in person that season. I got a whole lot of Dave Bush though
  21. Just want to echo the crappy Wisconsin sports weekend. 0-3, really? The big three let me down. Thankfully they don't usually make it a habit.
  22. Well Tony Corente and Co can make plans for February. No way those clowns are working the Super Bowl. I’m not a officiating whiner , but that was a terrible job. Both teams had ridiculous roughing the passer penalties. Geronimo Alisons knee is still down on the Lambeau turf. How Senjeo wasn’t ejected for targeting is unfathomable. The non PI on Jimmy Graham. The offensive PI on Adams when Rhodes just ran past him. I’m seriously contemplating finding Mr. Corente’s address and sending him a very dissapointing letter. Nothing this bad since the fail Mary game, and at least that was only one play!
  23. Back in the year of our Lord 2011, the fine posters of Brewerfan.net had a beautiful thread dedicated to the Crew's magic number. I was unable locate that thread and resurrect it. So this will have to do. I lack the skills many of the talented folks here do. I'm hoping others can get this party started!! (Sadly, I'm really less talented than I intended to be. I can't even manage to post a picture of Zach Grienke, Jeff D'Mico, or even the freaking Salad man. No #13 for me)
