  1. Wow, go Dan Kolb! Mike Maddux - 1 Leo Mazzone - 0
  2. Wow...I wonder what it's like to have a young catcher who can hit? I'll have to ask Bobby Cox next time I see him.
  3. with the way the pen has looked lately, I would have let ben bat there.
  4. Wow, walking J.J. to get to "Big Hit" Moeller. You're gonna pay for that Villareal!
  5. Was that Koskie's first Ab against the lefty this year? Man, I'm glad he's on this team. That was such a great move by Melvin.
  6. Ahh Bobby Cox, you befuddled old man...you don't realize that Prince clubs mediocre lefties just as well as he clubs mediocre righties.
  7. Geez...Brady Clark must have left his 2006 mojo in CF today...I think Gabe Gross caught it. Maybe Gabe Gross is the new version of Lenny Harris. He hasn't looked super in his limited starts this year.
  8. Sheeter with 73 pitches through 5. Not to shabby. I have to believe they will stretch him out over 100 today.
  9. Wow, Chad just missed it again http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  10. Wow...a little bit of cutchedness this inning...I like it
  11. Lamblasted? Give me a break! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif Go back and read that thread again. I offered them honest criticism, which they asked for. They are the ones that were immature about it, taking my criticisms of the show as an insult, and coming back at me attacking me personally for no real reason. What do my thoughts on how professional or unprofessional the Brewcrewreview was run have anything to do with this thread? It appears that the show has taken what I said to heart, because they've made the show infinitely better than it was at that time. Obviously, if you are bringing up my posting past, you haven't "lost interest in me and my posts". Personally, I could care less what you think of me, my posts, or anything having to do with me. That's not the point here. I asked for accountability, and you have yet to give it. That's the one and only issue. So you created a thread that you knew would get locked and create hard feelings, just so you could come into the issues forum and make yourself into a martyr? Seriously?
  12. I guess I don't see how it's baiting. Brian, you know as well as I do what BCU's goal in creating those Branyan threads was. I'd just like to see some accountability.
  13. I'm going to call you on this one. Don't try to tell me you don't understand. You may not be making stuff up to make Branyan look bad, but in your own convuluted way, you are presenting facts in an attempt to make him look bad. Why? Are you still trying to convince those that liked Branyan that he's worthless? Give it up already. BCU, you've made it readily apparent several times that you hate the way Russell Branyan plays the game. Just answer this question honestly...why did you start two seperate threads on Russell's performance in Tampa Bay? To me, there is only one way you can answer that question, and your answer will likely lead to your banishment from this site.
  14. I agree...great post mothership...and I'm not even being sarcastic. BCU, I've had run-ins with you in the past on this subject. It seems now that you are gloating just for the sake of gloating every time Branyan has a poor game. Branyan hasn't been a Brewer for over a month. In that time, I haven't heard 3TO mentioned more than maybe once or twice on this site. Every time it's brought up, it's by you, usually again pointing out how happy you are that he's no longer a Brewer. Your latest attempts at bashing Russell have been even more underhanded, as they are blatent attempts to "call out" supporters of Branyan. I have a feeling, since I've been one of the most vocal against your opinions on the subject, that these posts were blatently aimed at me, hoping to start an argument. Unfortunately for you, I didn't bury my nose in your bait pile. Branyan is gone, and I'm happy to have the more-effective Mr. Koskie in his place. I'm sure you agree, so why even bring it up? The funny thing is...I was never never really a huge fan of Branyan. I am, however, a fan of accoutability. Your Russell-bashing posts bring very little of that to the table.
  15. I honestly think when its all said and done, Bush will end up being the team's second best starter. I saw several fantasy books that rated him as a sleeper with the chance to win 15 games, and I don't think that's too much of a stretch. So far, he's been the most consistent starter.
  16. Did everyone just here that loud "whoosh...click" sound? That was the rest of the known world scrambling to their computers to add free agent pitcher Dave Bush to their fantasy rosters. I'm happy I chose him in the 25th round in one of my drafts.
  17. Wow, I hope that Jake Taylor isn't using up his monthly quota of extra base hits today. Have to be happy with the offensive production from the catcher spot so far this year. Chad Moeller even looks like a major leaguer this year.
  18. I'm just looking for some accountability. Like I have said several times, negativity isn't the problem. I encourage some negativity on the boards. But in my opinion, those negative posters are baiting trolls.
  19. Wow. I officially heart Dave Bush. I kinda hearted him before, but now it's a full fledged heart-fest. So, um, where are the negative posters that have been claiming over the last few days that they post all the time, not just when the team is losing. They seem to be no where to be found today. Wierd...
  20. Woah there man....careful with those hasty predictons.
  21. I'm just going to keep hoping that Adam Heether or Ryan Braun drink some "Pujolsaid", come up at mid season and immediatly rake. Unfortunately, it always seems to be teams like the Cardinals that get those type of breaks.
  22. Dang....maybe it takes a 4 run deficeit to turn Chad Moeller into Johnny Bench? Game going on 4 hours now.....jeesh!
