    what's the text color for overly paranoid? sheets seems to be soft tossing his warmup throws, and doesn't seem to have much zip on his fastball. (ok, there, he struck out the pitcher).

    Jeff Cirillo, not Robin Yount, was the one to exchange the lineup card with the umps. Sheets' velocity is low 90's, but he always seems to take an inning or two to start throwing gas. This Hart guy is a pretty good ladoff hitter.
