I love these 9:00pm games fits in perfect to my schedule home just in time from umpiring to flip on the brewers! Tonite's game honestly scares me! Peavy is downright scary good and I am scared that he is just going to dominate us tonite. But hopefully Obie can have another great outing and if we can score a couple of runs maybe just maybe we can have a repeat of last nights game and hopefully come out on the winning end of it this time.. A couple of other notes on the game: I hope JJ starts tonite and Bill hall plays second. Sit Spivey i know that recently he has improved i still think that we ride hall/hardy till they slow down. I know hardy is not hitting but his Defense is so good that it makes up for his lack of hitting ablity. Home again and with a 56k dial up so hard to chat... GO BREWERS OFF TO UMP!

Oh joy Wes Helms is playing. But lets hope he can bring some offense to the team. And come on JJ lets get some hits.

With the big game today by Russel and how much "small sample" success that Jeff has had i doubt that Wes will get the start tommorow. I think Helms is as good as gone and once one team is in need of a 3rd basemen we will be free of helms.. But in my mind if not a platoon with Jeff and Russel it is Russel's all alone1

It was if i remember his first or second outing... He was not coming in when he is used to and i bet that santos was throwing only fastballs that were 50% plus give him time. Everyone on this board knows that i am not the biggest santos supporter but it's Spring Training and i will let this go... Now if it was the middle of may maybe we would have something to be concerned with!

world series? no way not for a while the pitching has declined you have to agree last year we could rely on sheets davis kolb vizciano and santos This is, i will repeat ST and i still think that you can relay on sheets and davis until they show you that you can't... And unlike last year we actually can call up young guns or move Jorge de la rosa in to the staff. So yeah we lost kolb and vizciano but i still think our pitching staff is pretty darn good compared to past brewers pitching staffshttp://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eek.gif

Sure good to see Fielder doing so well today. Granted the pitchers are only throwing fastballs and changeups i bet . but still a good sign... One can only dream what could happen
