  1. Do what the instructional video says: link warning: fake blood, if you're not into that kind of thing, don't watch.
  2. True. My dad and I counted for about 160 of those fans, when you consider the games we had extra tickets for to get my brothers bobbleheads, etc. And the great thing is, we really didn't need that much disposable income. Go Terrace Ticket Treat! But yes, they should fix the semantics of that. Granted, we probably had 2 million + fans, but not 3 million unique fans.
  3. I am way too cheap to do that. I would have hightailed it to the roomie's boyfriends house and taken her keys.
  4. Earlier this year MillerCoors and Goodwill partnered up to do a mass collection of old computer equipment. I'd assume it wasn't a one-time event.
  5. I'd venture to call them overtones. They weren't subtle at all.
  6. I attended probably about 65 games with my dad this year. If it weren't for the Brewers, I would probably only see him once every 2-3 months. Instead, I basically see him for 3 months a year. As a girl in my mid-20's, granted, that can get a little old sometimes...but I wouldn't trade this season for the world. I know my Dad isn't going to be around forever, and I'll always remember spending time with him at the games. Most of the time, I'd rather go with just him than bring my friends anyway.
  7. The song is "This Town" by O.A.R. They've played that video every game since fan appreciation night....not sure if the video is online anywhere.
  8. I'm wondering if Bateman will be given the chance to fill one of the bullpen roles in spring training. I know he's coming up quick, but maybe we need to try to do something other than buy a bullpen.
  9. The High Life Guy came to Miller park at least twice this season.....because Brewer fans are living the high life.
  10. I had a great season, and thanks to this site, I was finally able to scoop my dad on some Brewers news. 187 days till opening day, and I'll see the 2009 team even sooner if I decide to go to spring training again. Part of me is really excited to catch up on life (home improvement, work, non-baseball-fan friends, etc), even though I would have loved to see us make it past the NLDS. Go Brewers. Here's hoping next year is just as fun.
  11. at least he got to pimp his Affliction shirt.
  12. I also have Sunday tickets available, mostly singles. PM me. I'm heading to bed, but will check PMs at about 7AM.
  13. if you're looking for good last minute tickets, check out the trading post. I'd like to hook you up http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  14. 128 row 12. 2 seats together in the middle. Face plus fees is $133. I'll be around (in Riverwest) until 1:30 and would like to make the exchange before I leave. Let's get some more BF.netters at the game!!!!
  15. you should wear whatever you want. Braun's got the mojo covered by putting his blog on hiatus http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif
  16. Wow, someone was on that quick. Can't get passed the mods, even at 2:30AM, I guess. Is there a punishment for posting in this thread if you're not drunk? If so, I'm in big trouble.
  17. I drank 1/2 a pitcher of margaritas at dinner. I think they replaced all the tequila with sugar, because afterwards I wasn't intoxicated - I just had a horrible stomach ache. So I came home instead of going out with people, fell asleep at 8, then woke up a little after 11. It's now 2:30 AM, and here I am, stone cold sober, wishing more people would be posting on BF.net, since I feel like I've read the entire internet.
  18. bumping this for sbrylski06 http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif. And all of us that will either be celebrating or drowning our sorrows tomorrow night.
  19. Ha ha. You probably should look in the Off Topic forum http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  20. I'm sure your parents are very excited.
  21. I had bought a single ticket for my friend to go to the game with me, and then my brother decided not to come. Looks like I'm left with a single ticket. It's a good one though. Section 124, Row 18, Seat 15. Face + fees and all that jazz is $77. I'd like to do this via paypal and email you the ticket if possible. If you prefer cash, I live in Riverwest (Milwaukee). I'll also be in the parking lot around 2:30. PM me if you're interested.
  22. Just FYI - those are auctions, and if there is a Sunday game I expect they will rise quickly.
  23. Yes. There's a statement on brewers.com that says all children 3 years and older must have a tickets. So you should be fine.
