Holy crap. Braun killed that ball. I'll be the pessimist and say 10 bucks that is all the offense we get this game. Any takers? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif

Why pull Parra now? He was actually coming around and pitching pretty well...
-
Very well stated. What can you say about Philadelphia fans I guess.
-
wow. Parra made Ibanez look like a rookie. Didn't even take the bat off his shoulder. That was great pitching in that AB. If he can just get ahead of guys, he can drop that nasty curveball and then have his way the batters. And as I am typing, he seeds one to Feliz for a solo shot...
-
On that infield hit between him & JJ, JJ's shoulder clipped Rickie in the jaw... the same jaw hit while batting last week.Ahh, didn't see that play. Thanks for the update. Did it look serious or just in need of a rest today?
-
And Manny follows up that awful inning by cruising through the heart of the lineup. Hopefully that is a trend.
-
Weeks is out? Anybody hear anything about that yet?
-
Alright. Here's to Parra settling down and throwing some good pitches. We REALLY need our starting pitchers to eat up some more quality innings because our bullpen (outside of Coffey) is awful right now.
-
Why the heck can't he throw those kind of breaking balls to the other hitters. Only to Moyer. That would lock them up all day...
-
By a lot of luck and GREAT pitching by Todd Coffey. How many lucky double plays with the bases loaded have we gotten the last couple of days?
-
I agree. Play some old-school baseball and leave him in there. Let him pile up 13 runs. This team needs to figure it out.
-
He gets the yipps. For more on this sindrome see: Brad Lidge

Only a 2 run double, not bases clearing like I thought. Why is our pitching so horrible right now?
-
Wow. I've heard this story before. 2 walks a base hit. Bases are juiced now. I think this is when the guy hits a bases clearing double. Let's see whats up.
-
Corey Hart did NOT go around. Horrible call by the ump. He should have at least checked down the line.
-
The ump has had a pretty tight zone for everyone tonight. I think he was calling it fair.
-
Whew. Thank god he got out of that. Coffey just has a taste for the dramatic I guess. Here's to hoping we pile on a couple of runs in the top of the 9th!
-
Walking the bases loaded with David Wright up to bat. That is probably going to come back to bite us.
-
Coffey is so cool that he checks the runner at first base over his right shoulder, not left. Never seen anyone do that before.
-
WOW! Great work Todd Coffey!! We could have used him last year. I'm excited by what this guy brings to the table.
-
I'm still puzzled why Macha brought in Stetter in the first place. He has had good success being a LOOGY. Why bring him in there for regular relief? Should have put Coffey in there from the get-go.
-
I thought we fired Yost. This game sure can be frustrating when crap like that is mixed in with Suppan's normal meatball pitching. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

That ball was right down the pipe. Soup is lucky he didn't take that yard. What a terrible pitch.
-
I really hope Bill Hall stays hot coming into the season. Maybe getting that lasik done was the trick. Here's to hoping for another 30ish HR season. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

I like how Bo had Jordan Taylor running the point most of the game. I think he is a much better ball handler and makes better decisions than Trevon does.
