  1. Not sure I would even put that in blue, lol.
  2. Me too. Gomez is batting 8th again today, so that's a good sign. I think Ron wants to keep it that way, but Hart has to start hitting so he can take the 2 spot.
  3. To make Roenicke look like more of an idiot, Kotsay is starting for the second day in a row in RF, and batting 2nd. How is Hart supposed to get going while sitting on the bench?
  4. Nope, Roenicke made those comments before the game.
  5. Perhaps, but if you have a Mench-sized head, it makes a lot more sense to get the 39/30 Large/XL than to roll the dice on a fitted cap. This is not my personal experience, but is the case for my S.O. Yeah, I have a 7 7/8 sized head, 8 for some hats. The stretch fitted are usually a safe bet, but some of those don't even fit me. The 39/30 L/XL usually does though. I have some fitted hats that fit me perfectly though, but I haven't bought any of the new ones yet. I want one of the stars and stripes hats from last year. Does anyone know if those would be the new or old style?
  6. Nope. Never threw a no-hitter. He threw 8 innings with 1 hit once, but that's it. So similar to Gallardo yesterday.
  7. Navarro did almost throw a no-hitter once, but this still made me laugh.
  8. I agree, but Hart is hitting .167 and hasn't drawn a walk in 30 AB's. The day off occasionally doesn't surprise me.
  9. I don't think it matters where he hits honestly. Pitcher will pitch him the same. He's a crappy hitter, and any pitcher will know how to get him out. Doesn't matter who he hits in front of, or where he is in the lineup.
  10. If it continues, we have to do something to turn things around. That could be the move. I just wonder who would be brought in to replace him.
  11. I'd hit him 8th. No reason he should hit in front of Lucroy.
  12. Probably would not have gone with the bunt there either, but the injury is Morgan's fault for not holding the bat properly. When executing a correct sac bunt, the fingers should be protected. It sucks, but that's how it goes.
  13. http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/121394039.html Boggs accepted assignment to Nashville and was recalled. Morgan on 15-day DL.
  14. Boggs played CF in ST quite a bit, and he looked fine out there to me. I also noticed that Gindl has been playing CF in Nashville.
  15. Wow, this really sucks. Now we get to watch Gomez suck horribly for an entire month, and maybe more. Yippee. Hopefully Boggs accepts his assignment to Nashville so he can get recalled again.
  16. Of course they get a bloop hit right there. This series has been unbelievable.
  17. Poor scouting from everyone but the Braves. Either that or they just got lucky with two late bloomers.
  18. This team cannot field This team cannot hit the ball This team cannot pitch
  19. Carlos Gomez sucks Tony Plush is playing now We will win the game
  20. I am incredibly confused as to how Green made the roster now. If he had an option all along there's no way he should've been kept over McClendon, and probably even Justin James also. Makes no sense to me, but at least they figured it out now.
  21. Don't understand Hart behind Betancourt, but I guess they just want to take the pressure off him to get him going.
