  1. It may be just me, but I would rather not see the flags at all. Its embarrassing that is all to show for 42 years.
  2. I have an extra, but the only thing on your trade list I need is the Chorizo stitch.
  3. I was thinking the exact same thing, if you aren't lucky enough to pull one yourself on game day, I would bet that one will be pricey on ebay, and probably even on this board if people are lucky enough to get more than one... It will probably be silly, especially since there will more than likely be 5000 of them, just like all the other retros, so it won't be anymore rare, just popular. I don't mind an alternate if it is a different pose like the Morgan, but the constant overkill of the retros is getting old. I wish I would have stuck to my original plan years ago and not worry about the retros and alternates, just collect the regular versions... Your prophecy on the Morgan alternate is just like the 2006 Younts. All 3 versions have the same print run, but the powder blue always sells for more.
  4. There are a few people there that do have new product singles. I have seen Ginter and Bowman, but I can't say for certainty that it is 2011 as I don't know the difference in the past few years.
  5. http://wsca1975.com/ edit...JFYI...pjsports is the promoter of the Serb Hall show.
  6. With Cecil talking about it all the time I can't understand why Prince wouldn't want to have a relationship with him Maybe Cecil should just shutup for a while.
  7. Bikeage... you have to realize that this is a sponorship deal. The sponsors want their name out there in as many different hands as possible. The Brewers would probably do a bobble for every game if they could get sponsors to pay for it. In reality, the weekend games, especially Sunday day games, are the most attended family day there is.
  8. No, I don't think they consider what the fans think. Also, you say Lucroy and Ramirez could be done next year which is correct. But, then I probably be reading on how its a travesty they were not made this year. Just like when Gallardo wasn't made last year when he easily can be made this year.
  9. Scooter Gennett was also very personable. I told him his autograph was much more legible last year, and he was kidding around with me about it. There was a guy that was going through the rising stars line multiple times for the same players all garbed out in Rattlers gear. Turbo, was that you? http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/smile.gif The rising stars were in the front right next to the tables of all the minor league affiliates.
  10. I think next year we should do a Brewerfan "Trading Forum" get together after On Deck at one of the local restaurant/bars.
  11. That must have been why Yount's line went so quick. I was waiting in Eric Farris' line and wondered how Yount was done signing so early. I'm guessing many people didn't want to pay the $25 for him.
  12. I'm not sold on Latos. We'll have to see how he does away from Petco.
  13. When Uecker does sign outside items they must be offically licensed.
  14. I did not hear of Gonzalez coming. That would be nice. It looks like most of the foreign players are not attending which I am led to believe its because its more of a hassle. I haven't traveled out of the country in 20 plus years, so I don't know how easy/hard it is. De la Cruz has been one autograph that I would like to get, but he hasn't been very fan friendly. I'm guessing its a language barrier.
  15. What does this have to do with appearing at the event?According to Attanasio's statement "In working through the logistics of this weekend's Brewers On Deck event in Milwaukee with Ryan Braun -- and knowing how much he enjoys interacting candidly with Brewers fans -- we came to the conclusion that this is too sensitive of a time in the confidential process for him to attend this year," Attanasio said. Being too sensitive seems to be an adversity.
  16. Only a few short days ago at the BBWAA dinner Braun said, "I’ve chosen to view every challenge I’ve ever faced as an opportunity and this will be no different. I’ve always believed that a person’s character is revealed through the way they deal with those moments of adversity."
  17. I don't know why it takes the Brewers so long to post information. Brewers.com says the info will be up in early January for player times and prices. Its now the 25th and nothing yet. Twinsfest has had their info up a week and a half ago. Ugggghhhhhhhhhh
  18. I'm sure there are clauses of that nature in everyone's contract.
  19. I think the real difference is that Hamilton has a lightning personality that makes the players around him play to their best potential.
  20. It wasn't a problem at all. Braun sometimes would personalize though.
  21. Henderson was in Racine in early December. And, last year he did a bunch of events in July from the 16th-22nd. Maybe that was for the Packers HOF?
  22. You won't get Molitor at On Deck as he won't be there. He is signing at Waukesha Sportscards, and you can purchase an autograph ticket in advance if you wish.
