I love Heroes! I was extremely depressed for a couple of days this past spring when I found out they were going to delay Volume 3 until this fall. I got into it about half way through the first season and was quickly addicted. I haven't spent a ton of time going through all of the online content, but I have read through most of the online comics and tried to figure out some of the other stuff. Whenever my fiancee is around and a Heroes commercial comes on I'll get extremely geeky and usually after it's done I'll say something along the lines of "YATTA!" or "Flying Man!"... But I do have to say that from the previews that I've seen of what's to come in Volume Three (Villans), things are going to get very confusing...
i have zero confidence the brewers will manage be able to get a run in this inning or any inning in extras, and the utmost confidence the cubs will somehow score one in the bottom of the eleventh at the latest... i'm completely sick right now...
looking at gameday the last ball to fontenot definitely looks like a strike, the others appear a little above the belt, and MAYBE JUST outside, but the little guy on gameday isn't exactly the same size as the batter... so... you be the judge
wouldn't shouse have to pitch to one batter? i thought that was brought up on tuesday, shortly before henry blanco pinch hit for the pinch hitter daryle ward...
my god how they miss gabe kapler and his ability to play right field so corey hart can sit on the bench and realize he's playing like... bill hall facing a righty...
couldn't have put it better myself. it'd be nice to get one more long inning to ensure that he's out the next time his spot comes up to bat, but if he has a couple more 10 pitch innings we may have to face him in the sixth
Wouldn't "from the ESE" essentially be the wind blowing from the right field pole towards 3rd base? the stadium faces towards the northeast... so it would take a wind from the west to be blowing out...
