  1. Hader has pitched back to back numerous times this year. It simply isn't true that he can't do it. It may not be the preference, but he has, and I imagine he will this postseason if it is needed and Day 1 is light work. We need to stop saying "preference" too. (Not picking on you OSS, as its been a few times). He isn't as effective so doesn't do it much. But he does do it. Well yeah, he isn't as effective, so it is not CC's preference to use him that way. Why do we need to stop saying that?
  2. I hate the move too. But the bright side is, if we hang on to this lead, the worst case scenario is this goes back to Milwaukee.

  4. He doesn't like going consecutive games. I think I'd give him Pederson and Muncy and have him for 2-3 innings on Wednesday. He doesn't like it but he can do it. Especially if they are one inning outings, or he throws 15 pitches in one, etc. I hate using Hader in this game unless guys get on. It is tossing a potentially massive advantage out the window.
  5. No way am I brining Hader in 4-0 unless someone gets on. There is the potential to use him Tuesday and Wednesday if he doesn't play, then he gets a day off. You have to got to trust other guys to protect 4 runs.
  6. 4-0 with 8 outs to go is not anywhere in the vicinity of safe. Yes it is, 95% visitor winning percentage https://gregstoll.dyndns.org/~gregstoll/baseball/stats.html#H.-4.7.1.1 Cool. What is the percentage at 3-0 in the 7th? Or 6-1 in the 8th? The %s can take a hike in October as far as I'm concerned.
  7. I trust Knebel more than anybody out of the pen. He is blue chip talent and avoids contact well. He has been nails for 2 months.
  8. Aguilar needs to realize that out isn't happening and catch that ball. Moose blew it, but Aguilar needs to realize the situation.
  9. I'll go back on my previous comment say I think he should be yanked. Noticeably better contact that inning. Give this to the pen. But we have to score.
  10. Sorry, I will take the blame. Tensions are high for me in this game I frankly don't care about the Packers on their way to 7-9 engaging in an October battle against the NFL's dumpster, while the Brewers fight for the World Series.
  11. Machado's first play was the same exact thing. In real time it looked worse than slow motion but it was obvious attempted interference with the play and he has done that all year.
  12. Lighten up, Francis. That was a joke, so maybe you should. I don't think keeping the Packers out of an IGT is that strange of a request. I think it is strange that a mod took that angle, but whatever I guess. You guys want to pepper the NLCS GT with updates on the Packers suck fest against a 1-4 team with a backup QB in October, have at it.
  13. Its also just as easy to ignore it. Well not really, since there have been like 5 of them now and this is a Brewers IGT, I don't see the point.
