  1. 48 hours, but the barcodes are already there if part of postseason strip. Only the presale tickets follow the 48 hour rule.
  2. I wouldn't be surprised if Milwaukee is the exception. Not saying it will happen, but wouldn't surprise me. Just sounds like a Milwaukee thing to do, coupled with how little success the team has had historically. Although I supposed the netting would make it difficult.
  3. I've thought about this exact thing and wondered what I would do if I'm there, especially if everyone else starts running on to the field. There is more security nowadays, and the price of the closer seats are way more expensive. My guess is that there would be no storming the field. But I really don't know.
  4. Hawing, doing Fan's Choice also basically assures your playoff seats are worse. I'm not complaining, because the team told me my seat would be worse in April, if they made it. But if you buy a fixed package you are much more likely to get your playoff seats in the same spot. But anyway, I don't know some expect. The secondary market will exist no matter what and there are more than 44,000 people who want to get into the stadium. The Brewers put forth a decent effort to limit resale. There is only so much they can do. Even in a utopia where the Brewer somehow limit each person to buying 2 seats, there will be people who decide they want to make a couple hundred dollars and watch the game in their basement. I think there would be just as many of them selling, no matter what. To be frank, as this continues going in circles, it just sounds like people are simply frustrated that they can't go, and are venting spleen at SSH. The Brewers marketing is very transparent about buying a package to secure playoff seats. That is their bolded point 1A they use to sell them. If you didn't take advantage of that at any point you don't really have a leg to stand on when feeling entitled to attending those games.
  5. Except they outnumber the full-season ticket holders about 20-1, so yeah, they are the backbone. Also, you cannot pick any 20 games. The games are placed into buckets and you can only pick so many from each bucket.
  6. That is how I feel, but if you live close by I feel that being SSH still adds some cool value, if you place any value on meeting players, promos and the rewards programs, though many don't.
  7. Who exactly are you referring to? I'm not testifying to anything I have done. I am simply explaining why they allow SSH to have presales. It is an incentive for them to sell more packages. Also, I don't refer to myself as a season seat holder for having a 20-pack, the Brewers do. They print it on everything they send me. It's baffling to me why some are so sensitive about this. The solution couldn't be more simple. Buy a 20 or 10 pack and you have a presale. The end.
  8. Take that away and they will lose about half their accounts. The way you are awarded your playoff strip doesn't really seem fair to SSH anyway, to be honest. My seats are in the terrace, 421 basically all year. They stick me in 414 for the playoffs. Yet when I go into the presale or even the WI sale, suddenly the best available terrace seats are where I was sitting all year. SSH willingly overpay on regular season tickets to get their privileges. I had a bunch of games with $18 face value ticket that were $6.32 on StubHub. Non-SSH are never complaining about that, only when it works in reverse.
  9. I have 4 tickets to Game 2, I cannot make it. Field Diamond Box Row 5, Seats 9-12. I can sell all four or a pair. Will sell below stubhub. Text me at 414-350-1392 with an offer. Thanks.
  10. Sounds a little revisionist to me. The Cubs had major holes but the Nationals were super deep? The Cubs were the #1 team in the NL until last Monday. They sort of flatlined at the end, had they won the division it is likely everyone is talking right now about how tired they are of their recent success. I still say the Cubs were the most talented NL team. They had some bad injuries to some key pieces. But the point anyway, was that the Dodgers don't scare me. I don't see them as equals with the juggernauts in the AL.
  11. Game 1 is at 7pm. I'm not scared of em. The Cubs had the most talented team. It's not always about that.
  12. Yes, but that puts them around 97 wins, so a very good team any way you slice it, but within the same galaxy as everybody else unlike 108. They are probably still the best team on paper, but Houston can't compete with them? I don't believe that at all. In any event, it is baseball. If the Brewers get there, and that's a big if, they have a good chance.
  13. I'm not going to say BOS/NYY don't have ridiculous lineups, but Boston was 31-7 against Toronto and Baltimore.
  14. Don't think anybody saw Cleveland making it out anyway. To be honest, With 2-3-2 I'm not convinced the top seed gets the advantage anyway. Three straight games at home is awfully nice and really puts pressure on the top seed to win the first two.
  15. I'll be there Friday and for the last two if it comes back to MKE. I got tickets Saturday but also got tickets to Boo at the Zoo with my kids Saturday night. Due to that and another daytime obligation it looks like I'll be unloading Saturday. I'm afraid of messing up the mojo if they win Friday and I leave them 3-0 in playoff games
  16. Granderson would be my choice to leave off, honestly.
  17. It's hard to give up on Schoop because of what he can be, but he hasn't been that and it's getting hard to keep it around. I agree he is on the brink.
  18. Honestly if I were not SSH I would just do it now to get the seats. You could sign up for 1 seat in the terrace for $340. You could sell opening day alone and be sitting around $280. You'd very likely be saving money if you went to a couple playoff games if the alternative was Stubhub, AND you'd get all the perks of being SSH.
  19. I don't think there is any way Broxton is out. His true value on the postseason roster is his speed. He's your pinch runner in the 8th inning of a 1-1 game. With the way we play and rely on our pen to close out games with little offense, I can't see any way he's out.
  20. I doubt you're going to find anything at this point, it's been an hour.
  21. A lot of people hate Braun and he is the sole reason some people are rooting against the Brewers. More casual fans will adopt the Brewers, I think, but a lot of people really hate him.
  22. I would imagine a fair number of SSH didn't use their allotment for the NLDS and did for the NLCS. They already clinched too, so that didn't help the availability.
  23. It's sold out for all intents and purposes if you can't go on Brewers.com and buy seats.
  24. I got in briefly and nothing came back for 2 seats to any game. I changed to 1 seat and I got Uecker, obstructed view and something in 421 for game 6.
  25. I think they would do it for anyone, but Dodgers fans travel exceptionally well.
