    Great win. My daughter who is 9 even watched the game...and she wonderd why Danny G was allowed to play. Abby was amused when "the coach is making him stand in the corner" on offense.

    ...or like Cornell saw game tape of the Wisconsin-UWGB game. If someone shoots over 50% from outside the arc, the Badgers are going to struggle. ...or maybe figure out that Cornell is a jump-shooting team and try to a) guard a shooter rather then the lane or b) make the hot jump shooter put the ball on the floor a bit. Obviously Cornell can shoot it, my fustration is that Bo played them the same way they defended the 1st game and didn't make any adjustment to deal with the hi-post that killed them.

    I agree with you Hawing about the GBB needing to be back @ the Kohl. I'm glad of that outcome rather then moving it to Green Bay. That was on the table, too.

    I hate all the WISAA schools, but that is my public-school bias.

    Hawing, I have a bit of inside data on that one. I understand your hate of the Alliant for basketball (I'm with you there). Part of the idea was to keep the GBB on the same weekend, now that the WIAA and the girl's coaches have been more willing to move the date, it made the Kohl Center more of an option. Also, the other issue was the size of the crowds of for the some of sessions (that didn't bother me, but some thought it hurt the environment). Regardless, I'm pleased the girls are back at the Kohl too, but I don't think the move was a slap at the girls, but more an attempt to just try something different.

    If the Baltimore Colts could have their band play years after the team letf town, the Twins can continue the Dome Dog. It was the best thing about that place.

    Molitor and Yount were announced as coaches when they came into Miller Park. I'd think it would be sort of fun TO announce Mark and see what shakes out.

    When LSU started to pop-off about how Wisconsin wouldn't be able to run the floor with them...I knew Dick had them right where he wanted 'em. Beating Purdue was something. One of my favorite sports memories.
