Since this is directed at me, I'll respond. If you have a really bad team that loses the vast majority of its games, that is expected and is sad but not too much because no hope getting up. A team like this, where they go UP and DOWN jusssst enough to keep everyone nice and emotionally invested is BRUTAL.

This team makes no sense. Can't explain it by saying "they're pressing" because they would've done that in Chicago. Can't imagine it's a lack of caring. Just lack of experience maybe? But what does that lack of experience mean? It just makes for a brutal season. All the ups and downs.

The Brewers are immune to momentum. Just don't ever get hot. Always lose a game here or there, a sweep here or there.

Eric Thames stat for the day: With RISP: .208 BABIP and a .604 OPS. With a guy just on 1B: .326 BABIP with a 1.199 OPS It's truly baffling. You can tell he's a head case. Presses when he knows RISP.

Just curious...why Hendricks? He doesn't seem to me to be nearly as annoying as Lackey and Arrieta. Not asking for justification just interested in why different guys rub different people the wrong way. Haha I don't understand it myself. His success despite obvious lack of talent annoys me even though it should be commendable. His scientist look and demeanor annoy me too.
