  1. I'd either go with the beginning of Thunderstruck by AC/DC or part of "Road to Paradise" by TAT I know the Thunderstruck intro really gets me going, and Road to Pardise is pretty much my favorite song currently.
  2. Lucroy's current slash stats are pretty interesting.. .325/.325/.325 At least he's consistent!
  3. I wonder if this is one of those games where Yo wins because of his pitching and hitting.
  4. I find it funny that the National League Home Run leader isn't even on the AS ballot
  5. Only 73 pitches. Was LaRussa pulling Soup before the inpending implosion? or did he run himself tired on the basepath
  6. Small Sample but Diego is 2 for 3 with a double and a HR against Santana
  7. That reminds me of the Whose Line is it Anyway game, where one sits one stands and one leans over. On topic, its nice to see Lucroy in the lineup again.
  8. you can say that again Inglett looked like he was trying to rifle it down the line
  9. pathetic start is an understatement. I think we can recover though
  10. I was thinking the same thing. Kinda interesting.+1 I still wonder if there needs to be a shoving match ala prince and Manny or Prince storming the opposing locker room to juice the club up if Macha isn't providing the motivation
  11. I suppose I need a half blue color for half serious comments. I do actually agree that past the missed call, Joyce handled the situation beautifully. He could have thrown out a few players and a manager but he didn't. I just thought it was funny this coming on the heels of one of the biggest media-wise blown calls in quite some time (that also sparked the cause of the recent instant replay debate) What I want to know is how spread out the players were, or if they just sent a mass questionaire and kept it up until 100 players turned theirs in?
  12. I can imagine. I was at a game last year in which the Star Wars characters were all there. It looks like the same Obi-Wan but the Leia I saw last year was probably at least double the size of this Leia
  13. Man..that would have been HILARIOUS if they collided and dropped the ball.
  14. I think we'd see a slam of the glove if he lost the game here. Edit: Never mind...slow computer
  15. I came on here to see if there was an IGT for this game. Man. I wish it was the Chisox with the no hitter but still. What a duel
  16. Proof Only 100 players took part in this vote. My guess is that nobody from the Tiger squad was in on this poll
