I forgot to post this when BA said this but I had to chuckle/throw up a little when I heard this: "This is the first time since 2008 that Edmonds has ever hit 3rd." Really now BA, you dont say. I thought Edmonds might have hit 3rd once or twice on his year off in '09.

That is the question. Whether 'tis....(ok enough) "I see the writing on the wall" Jenkins doesn't want to retire, but hasnt gotten any offers in over a year. My guess is he will either accept a Minor league contract or just hang 'em up. My guess is hanging 'em up. I know this isn't really newsworthy, but interesting that he's still looking for a paycheck.

I know I'm in awe. Before the game I was trying to figure out if we were going to score 0 runs or double digit runs. I had put my money on 0. It looks like we are on our way to a double digit game tonight. Hawing, I think you just gave me a new word to add to my vocabulary...outcrap, Thanks

One summer I dated a girl named Julie who I met through a friend named Laura, then dated a different girl named Laura while being semi-stalked by a different girl named Laura, and then dated yet a different girl named Julie. That's 2 Julies and 3 Lauras. It was so confusing. That's ok , my Mom's name is Julie, my bro-in-law who married my sister, his mom is named Julie, My ex fiances mothers name was Julie. It was funny when it meant something. Although now I've become fast friends with a girl named Julie. So Julie is just as prominent. Anyways I have a hard time coming with a way to distinguishing the two Amandas when I talk to people about them, because recently, I've become friends with both of them again. I'm not a last name kind of person and neither are the two Amandas. I've resorted to Old/New or 1.0/2.0 and it feels completely awkward, but they are both Amandas and not Amy or Mandy or etc Not sure, but I bet you hate that one Boston song, huh? Heh, You would think so, but I never attached any personal connection between either Amanda and Boston. Good thing I guess

I've had 2 what I'd consider girlfriends in my life, 1 my high school sweetheart/ and fiance for 8ish years and a second for about 9 months, ending not too long ago. Both were named Amanda. What is the statistical probability that the next one will be named Amanda as well? After both ending kinda badly, do I just run away from all Amanda's the rest of my life?

Oye, last game I went to a game, our group had dinner at Friday's and somebody ALMOST did the same thing. It's funny assuming they are OK, but thats a decent drop onto the field/bullpen

This is my first time at a computer since yesterdays game. I laughed hysterically at the Jim Diego Edmonds bit. I didn't know he also hit a grand slam while he was mowing his lawn or whatever he did in his year off. I was stoked to see Hart enthusiastically cheered. I hope the cheers continue. I was impressed with the no walks from Wolf and the utter dominance by Hawkins and finally Theres nothing else like Hell's Bells in the 9th. I know the brewers have won the last 4 times I've gone, I think I've seen Trevor Time all 4 times.

I actually forgot about this for a bit. To my surprise I'm actually tied for 2nd. Although I'll slide a spot or two if Duke wins it all. Not bad for making this my somewhat random bracket -
So its Duke vs Butler in the championship game. A David versus Goliath type of match-up. I'm proud somebody from the Horizon League made it and I hope Butler gives Duke a run for their money. On a personal note, I just secured first place in the one bracket I did this year with a Duke win over WV.
