    I don't know if that fair catch was by rule too late, but I feel like if that is a rule it shouldn't be. There should not be an oh well I've already started barreling at you nothing I can do exception.

    My piece together of all the data points and what happened is as follows. Campbell tried to get too cute on the reporting for eligibility. Even though the ref will go and tell the defense, he still sent out 3 lineman in an attempt to confuse the defense, but it just ended up confusing the ref. The ref saw 70 coming towards him from the sideline and he assumed he knew what was going to happen based on him reporting as eligible earlier in the game. And so when 68 was trying to talk to him he heard what he thought he was going to hear. 70 never even gets close to the ref.

    There is going to be a lot of discussion around controversy with this 2 point conversion. Looks like there is video of the lineman trying to report as eligible, but the ref ignores or doesn't hear him. Could be moot as I'm not sure the lions were in a legal formation anyway, but its hard to see. Based on Campbell's press conference only 1 lineman can report as eligible is what he was told, and they made it official as the other guy. But then the "rules expert" contradicts that lol. This whole thing is crazy.

    That was kind of an entertaining bad game with both teams making lots of costly mistakes. Just barnes, I think it was, on that 95 yard td, what are you doing looking like a CB trying to tackle a runner.

    "I said, 'I want our defense to be out there,' and they all looked at me like I was crazy," Alexander said. "I'm like, I mean it's pretty simple what I said, like I want the defense to be out there. They like, 'You mean defer?' and I'm like, 'Yeah, I guess.'" This right here is a problem to me. How does he not really seem to understand the semantics of a thing that happens every game and the consequences of screwing it up.

    I really don't understand how that was ruled a catch honestly. And at this point I'm not even sure I want to take it, kinda want to see this season burn to the ground at this point.

    What is up with this Knicks heavy schedule, I know some of it is the tournament, but good to see if we face them I'm the playoffs we shouldn't have to worry.

    One advantage to firing him now would be if you had someone on your staff you wanted to have a look at in the position or maybe someone on a college team you wanted a head start on trying to woo away(part of me is still wanting leonhard), but if you don't have either than I guess waiting till after the bear game is fine.

    I was half expecting that to be ruled a fumble thus clinching the save of Barry's job.

    I'm not positive this is even worth challenging, but it probably doesn't matter as we can't do anything on defense to give the offense a chance at getting that second score.

    Looks like he left the first half injured. Had a 6 yard run then Taylor was in next play.

    I hate that they had that 3 game winning streak to give me hope only to rip my heart out again. I like what love has shown, but we could really use a top 5 pick to address the line.

    Love has gotten a handful this season, but I think all of them have been blown dead. Not sure where the disconnect is on getting the ball snapped but it feels like it should be an easy fix.

    Seriously knew this was going to happen when we were playing so fast before the 2 minute warning. They were acting like it was a 2 score game.
