    And for those who are in the Harley Owners Group, they have their own private entrance near CF. awesome place to enter if you know someone with a H.O.G. Membership as there is never a line

    I agree with both of these points. If we can get a good return, I think it would be foolish to keep him. The start of the season is where his value would be at it's highest. If a GM thinks he is a closer away from contending, this could happen.

    I usually go off Vegas odds and they have brewers W/L over/under placing them in 2nd. (84.5) ... Reds are 86.5. Also the odds are the same for brewers/cards/reds on a futures bet for winning the central.

    Sorry if this was covered already. But an FYI for those who take 94 Eastbound into Miller Park. What awesome timing by our city planners. Lets tear up eastbound 94 from 84th to 27th street the first week of March and have the expected closure run into baseball season. Freeway is down to 2 lanes and won't be opened back up until Summerfest.     WOW! That was a homerun of all sorts! Awesome job by Braun. That interview couldn't have gone better. He was way more blunt then I would have thought. You could really feel his emotion. Especially when asked about him not being able to enjoy the offseason to his MVP award winning season. He said something like ... It sucks. I didn't enjoy any of the offseason when I should have been able to celebrate not only my individual success but our team going as far as we did and falling 2 wins short of the World Series. But I will never be able to get any of that time back, which is disappointing. He nailed that presser

    I wouldn't say ESPN is in violation of HIPAA. I think that would be MLB and the testing agency. They could be held liable when it comes to disclosure of private health information.

    This was perfectly said Fear. I have spoken to someone who sat high up in WE Energies union and if chain of custody is broken they are required to toss the sample and get a new one. It becomes invalid right then and there.

    Ditto. I am a bit tired of the ESPN & MLB.tv guys continually saying that Melvin needs to find "a replacement to Prince Fielder at 1B," and going on about how the Brewers need to pick up a veteran 1B. No one ever says anything about Gamel (good or bad, it's like he doesn't exist), just that Fielder's gone and the Brewers are toast unless they pick up a veteran FA. I really, really want Gamel to succeed. I agree on this as well. I hope Gamel knocks the cover off the ball. I think if given a veteran 1B, RRR would start him everyday by the middle of May.

    This is the key for Mat. Consistent playing time. If he pulls a Brad Nelson and starts out horrible, the fans will jump on him. (Especially if 2 of Morgan/Gomez/Aoki/Green are hitting better than him.) Spring training will be interesting to see him play everyday. Here is to hoping he doesn't get injured as that would really suck.

    In the back of my mind I feel Gamel gets benched, Hart becomes the everyday 1B, and Aoki takes over RF. For some reason this is what my gut is telling me ... I hope I am wrong. I wish Gamel the best and will cheer him on.

    My opening day lineup would be Morgan Hart Braun Ramirez Weeks Gamel Lucroy Gonzalez Gallardo I don't want Braun moving out of that 3 hole. Your best hitter bats 3rd and that is what I go with. I also might switch Gamel and Lucroy.

    I agree as "protection" doesn't necessarily have to mean the player that bats after someone. Braun's protection will be the guys on base when he is at the plate, thus forcing the team to pitch to him. McGehee batting after Fielder is a perfect example. That played no factor in the opposing teams approach. With guys on, and 1B open, they walked him regardless of who was in the 5 hole (McGehee, Hart, Weeks) ... Braun will get the same treatment. I don't think that alone is going to change Braun's numbers drastically.

Greinke 2) Who will be the first traded away or released (off the expected 25 man roster)? K-rod - Traded to a club because of an injury on that team 3) What position in the NL Central will the Brewers finish? First Record: 91-71
