I know it's not as emotionally satisfying but if the Brewers' offense goes 9 and scores 3, they certainly get some credit. Yes, but there are some major issue with our lineup that are a result of our GM and manager.
One hop into the glove close to the ground is ideal. Not a lot of guys can throw it in the air to home middle deep in the outfield. At least not accurately.
Axford hasn't been good enough this year to deserve mop up duty. Remove him from the closer role to be the new 8th inning guy? Our manager is a genius! Prove me wrong ax
I disagree. His location was definitely slipping and he hadn't looked good at all vs lefties. Right decision, poor result followed by poor decision with good results with Axford. Yeah Wily looked horrible against Castro.
I have nothing to do this afternoon, but this lineup is making me seriously think about avoiding watching the game. Might be a garage day with the game on the radio just loud enough for me to know it is on, but not loud enough to know what is going on.
I know it is very early, but any chance this is the year Davis puts it together? He is now 4 for 10, which means nothing. However, what I am really liking is his 4 walks with no Ks.
Better idea, actually get a freaking 1B on the roster. Could giving Morris a shot at playing first have ended up any worse than what we have seen through these first 5 games?
Aram to the DL according to ESPN. Didn't say how long or roster moves that followed. Edit: josh prince called up? Makes no sense to me.... http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/201777231.html?ipad=y
