  1. I am so amped! Can't wait for the game. Kennedy is tough so I hope the bats do not go silent. Hopefully Yo keeps his string of good outings going. I'm gonna predict 4-2 Brewers. EDIT: Love JHJ at 3rd better bat and better glove than Casey. Glad RRR realizes he has to approach the playoffs differently.
  2. So is that guy who bats behind him, and that guy is going to steal a lot of votes from Braun. I hope Braun gets the MVP, but I really think he needs that batting title feather in his cap when the voting starts to win the award. Not trying to be negative, but also not trying to be homer. Way to get out of that... now lets get some runs.
  3. Anyone else think Braun needs to win the batting title to get the MVP? I think so. Kemps stats are just too good to ignore.
  4. I don't know if you can call that softball swing chopper by the pitcher a legit single. WOlf was pitching to contact assuming a bunt, and the fact it chopped over his head into the OF was pretty lucky. Yuni has to keep that in the infield, and to be honest every other shortstop in the league gloves that standing for an out.
  5. You don't want to know because it would probably make you vomit. Nice rip Braun!
  6. I can't. Unfortunately, his sucktitude is so great that even when he does something good (hit a HR) I can't do anything but give a sarcastic cheer. Yuni is the only guy, I mean the ONLY guy in Brewers history that I've found that I simply can't root for. I get it, it just seems like he is going to have to do something good for us to win down the stretch and once the playoffs startSo basically you are saying we are screwed?
  7. I think he was more pumped about getting closer to 30-30 than winning the game.
  8. Thank god I got my tix for free tonight or it would have been the biggest waste of money ever. Offense is horrible from top to bottom.
  9. If I waste gas driving down for tomorrows game only to witness this crap I am going to be mad as hell.
  10. But he hit a HR last night he has to play. Oh yeah, and he has great range per Uke and some other guy.
  11. Wish I could stick up for Casey, but all of those pitches were strikes bro. You will get rung up every time if you take those pitches.
  12. Braun just missed two really good pitches to hit. Doesn't happen often. Prince getting walked?? Why would they do that with Casey behind him.
  13. Carpenter looking sharp tonight. We may have quite the pitchers duel.
  14. Let's go boys. I have a disease and the only cure in magic number 9. Here's to hoping Greinke turns Busch Stadium into his own personal Miller Park. Shake those road issues cowboy!
  15. Agree, Yo is one of my favorite Brewers, but he always seems to disappoint when he starts in a big spot. I never thought I would say that I have more confidence in Wolf than I have in Yovani. Yo now has given up a career high 24 HR and his K/9 is at a career low. I would like to see Yo progress, but he seems to be headed in the wrong direction. I do like that his walks are down this year. Rant over, lets get the bats going boys!
  16. He has a Greinkesque line from earlier this year. Striking everyone out, but giving up hits and runs.
  17. Good question, it is begining to get really old. It has become routine. Luckly in the postseason we won't be facing an scrub young pitchers. Your expectations are simply too high.Your sense of humor is simply not there.
  18. Last time I checked we beat Halladay and Lee this year, and if you think my comment was serious you need to lighten up a bit.
  19. Just watched the replay of the Altuve infield single in slow-mo. Yuni and JHJ had almost the same amount of ground to cover to get to that ball. Yuni was 3 steps away from the ball and JHJ got to it. Weird...
