Mid Inning question. For whatever reason I can not figure out to change my photo. I need to get rid of my Braddock pic. Can someone do me some kindness and explain.
-
I don't think Casey ever had it in his glove. On the replay it looked like it was just kind of sitting on his wrists.
-
Nice to see Hawkins at 95 MPH with the fastball.
-
What's wrong with pushing a runner to scoring position and eliminating the double play?
-
I think it is a good move. I would rather have Rickie be in the RBI spots than Hart.
-
Hahahahaha, thank god we have K-Rod. He can come in and make sure we only lose by 3 and not 4 or 5. How about a SS Doug.
-
Speaking of Green he is 2 for 3 tonight, and now batting .314 in AAA this year.
-
This is exactly why I decided not to watch this game tonight. I new they were going to start the second half with a dud. Come on bats, get some runs and get a little momentum going for the rest of the road trip.

CO your comments are more anoying than any complaining posts on this board. I disagree. I like CO's posts because they are generally positive and not filled with the negative knee-jerk reactions that have plagued the IGTs for the past couple of years. I disagree. His posts are generally complaining about how other people complain about what goes on during the game. IMO, that is worse than the original complaint post whether it is knee-jerk or not.

Yea I know I can't really say I called this because down 1 run isn't a real stretch, but its nice to be right every now and thenWell you could just question every decision that is made, be right about 1 out of 10, and will fit in perfectly here. CO your comments are more anoying than any complaining posts on this board. Anyway, great game today. Wish we could have capitalized in the first with the bases loaded and ended it sooner, but where is the drama in that right? Great to see these comeback wins against the Reds. Usually we can't catch a break against them. I honestly think this series will be a turning point. Get the Red's monkey off the back, and even better, RR seems to finally have figured out how to use his bull pen properly.

Braddock getting some love tonight! Shut thrm down bud.
-
Sorry, but Craig needs to retire. Lucroy was just left out for dead on that hit and run. Like the guy, but he is a waste of a roster spot right now.
-
I know you're being at least partly sarcastic, but I do think sometimes threat of losing a job can light a fire under an athlete's behind in certain circumstances. You would think with a fire under his behind casey would move a little quicker.
-
Wow, Hawkins shuts them down in the 8th and strikes out the two lefties he faced. Would have been nice to see this about a month ago. Did someone else manage the bullpen today?

Its relatively easy to find a 1B who can hit 25-30 HR's a year. Sign one of those and put Gamel at 3B and McGehee as a utility guy and the offense should be strong....maybe move Weeks to the middle of the orderNot so easy to find one of those. Only 13 hit over 25 last year and they are as follows Pujols, Konerko, Cabrera, Dunn, Votto, Texeira, PRINCE, Gonzalez, Howard, Pena, Huff, Laroche. Which of those guys do you suggest we sign? We could maybe get Dunn, Pena, or Laroche, but we would be paying them a lot or giving up a decent amount to get them. Gamel will be fine there next year, but it won't be as easy to replace Prince as some think.

I love RRR post game whining about...."Why can't we get early leads...Why can't we put up runs in the first.. Our offense is good we should be able to score....Cry Cry Cry." RRR are you an idiot? Did you see the lineup you ran out there yesterday? Week, Gomez, Hart, Prince, Yuni, Casey, Wilson, and Kottaras. I'm surprised they scored three. Here is to Yo getting back on track and Braun getting healthy. We need to get on one of those hot streaks soon or this year is going to be a waste. I have come to terms with the fact that we went all in and at best it will result in a playoff berth and maybe one or two postseason wins. So at this point I am hoping thery hang around long enough to get in with a run in Spetember and win a game or two in the postseason.

Starting pitching has been the strength of the team this season. They haven't pitched well lately. I wish things had gone better in the last week or so, but it doesn't mean that on the whole, the starting five haven't done a good job.Greinke, with his 5.66 ERA, is the only one who hasn't.

A little late here but I have to get a post in about Loe. I have complete faith he can be a nice piece to our bullpen. With that said out manager needs to learn how to use that bullpen. I knew that inning was going to be a disaster before it started. I can't rag on Loe when he is consitantly being set up to fail. Everyone and his brother (except RRR) knows Loe struggles against left hand hitters, but RRR contiues to put him out there and Loe continues to fail. Isn't insanity doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

What's with this team and giving up two out runs like crazy lately.
-
I saw that too. I wonder how they got that. I tried ordering one of those from brewers.com in April and the order was rejected.I think he has a website. He has all sorts of T Plush gear. He was talking about it on the Jim Rome show last week. I wish I had the details for you.
-
I actually think it is just 4. I pretty sure they ruled an error on the throw home on that "squeeze." Either way that is 4 more RBI from Marcum than I expected.
-
There is never a time when you should be aggresive on the base paths when being agressive involves Casey running. Gomez, Morgan, Weeks, or Braun on third and they try that it can be somewhat justified. Enough about this for now. Marcum is the man. I can guarantee he can hold a 6 to 1 lead. Cough, cough Greinke.
-
Just when I thought I couldn't love Marcum any more!
-
Nice Cory! That was a shot.
