  1. Agree there, I think he needs to season more in the minors. I like his potential, but he always seems to get hurt for extended periods of time. Plus, we have Kotsay to play CF....
  2. I personally like Gindl over Davis. Davis offers more power potential, but Gindl can hit for plenty of power too. Gindl's numbers this year are pretty similar to Davis's and Gindl is 22 playing in AAA while Davis is 23 playing A+. I hope they both end up being solid contributors at the big league level, but for now I am liking Gindl a bit more. Do they both offer about the same defensive tools? Haven't read much on eithers defense.
  3. Yeah Kottaras should face the lefty reliever and hurt the team! I did make perfect sense to pull him there, but he gets yanked every time. I can't remember a Wolf start where Kot finished off the game as the catcher. Luc almost always pinch hits for after Randy gets pulled.
  4. This has the makings of a 1-0 Brewer victory. Hopefully Marcum gets back to form, and Cain doesn't baffle the Crew. I predict Prince sends one into the drink and bounces back after a horrible series in AZ.
  5. No matter the reason it was bad. So he should have just chucked the ball regardless if he thinks the pitcher is in front of him? Pretty obvious the pitcher was crouched down. By trying to not hit the pitcher he almost did hit the pitcher. Way to take a post intended to get a few laughs and get way over technical about the play. Come On Maaaannnnn.....
  6. No matter the reason it was bad.
  7. His bat maybe be a little better than Casey's, but it would have almost mad that left side of the infield worse if that is possible.
  8. http://i.minus.com/ibIlk8.gif Way to make an impact on defense in the first game with your new club! HAHAHAHAHAA
  9. Greinke needs to learn that it is okay to walk a batter. He is down 3-0 to the D-Backs best hitter and then he grooves him a fastball that gets killed. Just let him go man. His walk ratio is so good because he never gives in and that is also the main reason he has an ERA over five. Well that and he is just so unlucky........
  10. How do you think RRR proceeds with the Gomez injury? Have Plush start everyday in the 2 hole? Does he move down to the bottom of the order when they face a lefty and Lucroy moves into the 2 hole? Does Brett Carrol take over Gomez role in the CF platoon?
  11. How do I change my damn Braddock pic. Can someone help? Then I will never taint the IGT with a post like this again.
  12. Why do you want Melvin to make a trade for a 3B when we have a perfectly viable option in AAA? I would much rather Melvin trade for a SS with a glove. Not really keen on trading away more pieces of our farm system for a mediocre 3B when Green is sitting in Nashville.
  13. Morgan pointing to the AZ fans and doing the T-Plush hand signal. Love that guy!
  14. Funny thing, I was thinking to same thing. Hope you are right.
  15. This is why you don't send Morgan in the first. We had Collmenter on the ropes with one of our best hitter on deck. Make a dumb call to try to score Morgan who ends up being out by 4 steps. Now the guy is cruising and making it look easy. It is never in the stats, but those are plays that change the course of a game.
  16. That is on Sedar he was waving him home the whole time. Nice throw by Bloomquist though. I know Sedar sent him, the 3rd base coach can contribute to stupid baserunning.I call that bad coaching, but to each his own. Either way it was a stupid play, and wasted RBI op for Rickie.
  17. That is on Sedar he was waving him home the whole time. Nice throw by Bloomquist though.
  18. I love having Kots monster bat in the three hole. **facepalm**
  19. That is funny, it makes me think you don't feel he is a bad player. Simple fact is he is one of the worst everyday players in the league, and has no business being the starting short stop for a contending team. Nice T-Plush!
  20. Yes Braun out equals crap. At least Yuni is batting where he should be when he is in the lineup. Anyone else wish we were the ones extending JJ Hardy 3 years and not Baltimore?
  21. They said he was warming in the pen.... so hopefully.
