  1. Hopefully if everything is resolving itself, the news can't be all that bad. I wouldn't mind Parra and think he would be a bigger asset than Spurling but I have always been in the minority that Spurling is not a bad guy to have, an innings eater to be used when the game is out of line either way.
  2. Short Answer: no.
  3. For some reason I feel better about Bush pitching than Cappy, Soup, and Vargas as of right now.
  4. I was at first in the last inning. Good work and thanks for everything Jim.
  5. If anyone has an extra glove, I brought mine to school for baseball day and left it as well as my extras in a locked building.
  6. I think a good number of people are gone for this game... Absent Matt-SS Matt-P Joe-SS Patrick-OF Not playing Brian-OF
  7. I will trade it for a Pods.
  8. Big Brother. It's a horrible three hour a week commitment that I can't get out of. I am so weak...
  9. I expect 9-10, with a winning homestand but a hard time on the road. I think they will have a 1-2 game lead on the Cubs at the break. That was my prediction, glad it didn't come to fruition but to those that said that they don't see the Cubs catching up, I hope you are all right. By the way 11-8 was the correct answer.
  10. I would be cool with a Sharpe or Driver photo, that would be awesome.
  11. The seating kinda gives you a look as to who is close to who in the clubhouse.
  12. Colby, I would be very up for a flag football team.
  13. Prett much agree.... 1) Sheets 2) Cordero 3) Capuano 4) Gallardo 5) Villanueva 6) Wise 7) Turnbow 8) Bush 9) Suppan 10) Shouse 11) Vargas 39) Spurling
  14. With Yo in the pen Ned has one more guy that can go 5 if needed, I think that was the reason for CV tonight.
  15. On the couple of close BF.net softball games we had not many of those types of celebrations were going on. I did see Brian though getting a little handsy though....
  16. How I would do it, not how I think it will be done... 1) Reyes 2) Utley 3) Wright 4) Bonds 5) Beltran 6) Fielder 7) Griffey 8) Martin ("Erased" unintentionally posted emoticon --1992casey)
  17. They should have an old vs. new movement with this one and get Griffey/Bonds to particpate.
  18. I will say it right now... 2007 Hardy = 2008 Weeks
  19. Offense: B+ (To be fair the grade would be higher if Braun would have been up the whole year) Defense: B- (To be fair the grade would be lower if Braun would have been up the whole year) Starters: B Bullpen: C+ Management: B+ Overall: A-
  20. Classic Player: Rob Deer in the 87 Sports Illustrated pose.
  21. If anyone is interested here is what it looks like, though not my auction.... cgi.ebay.com/Bango-Milwau...dZViewItem Anyway, looking for mini's (Capuano, Clark, Sheets, Sausages), Bernie Bobble, and alternates. Also, most minor league bobbles I need.
  22. Excellent stuff, good worl Brian. Even a shout out to the softball teams.
  23. Good for him, hope to see more of him around now.
