This is the guy Axford. -
If I am a pitcher, I would welcome a bunt attempt and take the out 70% of the time. Worked out well this time.
-
So Axford for the 9th?
-
I don't think Yo has ever shown that much emotion as a Brewer. Am I wrong?
-
Yuni, you aren't that fast.
-
I'm not going to squabble about the difference between those lineups. Really, it's tough to complain about a lineup that doesn't have Kotsay, Gomez, or Nieves.
-
Axford, get the good stuff ready.
-
This is a game they gave away. Sorry CC, the walk wasn't there.
-
Take the walk CC, it will be there.
-
Take the walk Betancourt.
-
The walk will be there, take it.
-
It would be nice to steal a win/series from Leake and the Reds on the road.

Craig Counsell running out of gas?
razzzorsharp replied to Invader3K's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Counsell only runs on diesel fuel. That's where he gets his massive power from. -
Bases loaded, no outs. Can't expect much better than 1 run. I don't think 4 runs wins it tonight, we need a couple more.
-
Nice DP. Seriously though, are the Reds always this patient or are they just guessing well? That pitcher just took a couple decent looking pitches.
-
How do the Reds only swing at strikes? It's making me crazy.
-
5 innings tonight (hopefully) for Grienke. Gotta throw strikes to the bottom of the order.
-
Can't win them all, get them tomorrow.
-
Nor does the fans then.
-
Weeks needs to catch that ball.
-
Wow, that sucked.
-
On a side topic, I do think batters and pitchers should wear facemasks.
-
Wood's best outing by far came against the Brewers. It was his only outing not to give up at least one walk and he had his yearly high in K's that day. All that means is do not be so aggressive. Take some pitches.

Just got done with Sherlock, a crime mystery on BBC. Watched it Netflix and it wasn't too bad.
-
A 3-3 roadtrip would be nice coming up.
