I do like Wandy going with that many pitches when the next time he pitches is against the Brewers. Good series overall, can't ask for more than a series win.

If you need guys on base before the big guns, I would think having Nieves, Counsell, and Gomez might be as bad as it gets.

I know you as Mike Wallace. You know me as Morgan Freeman. I agree with him. There is no real difference between people of different colors so why talk about it. We don't talk about the number of redheads or blueyed players. Why bring up something that means nothing. Now you may notice I said colors and not cultures. I do think they need to spread baseball to those of the inner city culture just as a means of giving them a supportive pasttime. -

Is this when he stole second? Didn't Furcal just break his thumb doing the same thing? I remember watching one of those Brewers post game tutorials that stated when you slide head-first make a fist with your hands or hold your batting gloves so you don't mess up your fingers.
