  1. Hate to say it but this is a crossroads draft for the Brewers. IMO its is paramount to add impact bats in this draft not only impact bats but probably collage impact bats that can catch up with the pitching that is starting to knock on the AAA door step. My fear is if we fail to land quality bats it may be a long rebuilding process with so many high value potential free agents this year.
  2. Think of what the mind set of our starting pitchers should be now, get 6 in and turn the lights out. That alone should improve our starting pitching. In this day and age of baseball a bull pen as good as what we have is few a far between/.Nice move DM
  3. The Brewers will lead all of baseball in spring training in stolen bases.
  4. that is a very nice one of his signatures I have 3 or 4 things signed by him and sometimes he gets a little hard to read but that is one of his very best ones, you have there. enjoy he was a great packer!
  5. I have a 8x10 autographed of Waren Span in his Milwaukee braves uninfourm any idea on price?
  6. Yesterday I posted that I thought Hudson would level out at a three. Two reasons (grated I had a small sample size of his work 2 starts and some film in the minors) His fastball is above average 93 -95 but straight as an arrow very little tail, break, rise just straight. 2nd From what I have seen so far is he pitches to too much of the plate catching the middle portion way to often for my liking. With that said hes very young and that can change as he grows but he worries me as I guy that just throws it across the plate and hit if you can, in the minors that works in the majors thats era around 4 in my opine. He would be a nice part of a trade I just do not see him as the center piece or any young white sox's pitcher for that matter.
  7. Why the huge man crush on Hudson?I watched his 1st couple of games for the Sox's, was not that impressed. Is it because he is the best young pitcher the Sox's have? I see Hudson topping out as a number 3 type starter at best. The upside is he,s only 23 years old and in the Majors. But I think that has more to due with the Sox's lack of pitching in the minors. To me(which does not hold much watter) I don't see a good match with the White Sox's,at least not an offer that will be able to "blow Melvin away".
