    Like it states in the article, the 20 mil was from his Wrestling appearance. I am not sure why that isnt salary but oh well. Boxers get a purse and some of the bigger ones demand a cut of the PPV.

    Spree isnt broke, he is just lazy on paying for things. Like others have pointed out, a lot of rich people just let items go into foreclosure then worry about making payments or trying to sell things they dont want. Spree's rim shop and patents on spinners probably makes him about what he was making in the NBA.

    Like others have said before, if you know the type of field that you want to get into, look around at each school to see what they specialize in. For example, the buisness school at UW-Whitewater is nationally ranked and very well respected. If engineering or construction go to Platteville. If you want to go into teaching go to LaCrosse. Now if you dont get into a headliner school like UW, dont worry, your degree from any of the school will carry just as much weight.

    While they may fit into the categories, getting it through court is another issue. Just like knock off scents that you see that say "Just Like Calvin Kline". They change one minor thing and it can be considered different.

    First off, settle down and breathe. I am refering to situations like The Fighting Sioux, or FSU Seminoles. The NCAA and other deem it offensive, yet the respective tribes have no problem with it and in fact support and find pride in the names. Another example would be Chief Illini, a dance and display done by a student trained by members of a local tribe(if I remember correctly there are no more Illini.) As to your wife or daughter(which I also have) its apples and oranges. There is a difference between someone disrespecting someone in your family and that you care about vs. a play on a stereotype that a group may or may not find offensive. I mean if we want to say that the "slanted eyes" is offensive to the asian culture, that what would that say about anime or stuff like Pokemon or Dragonballz where most of the characters have an asian design and are shown with slanted eyes while showing joy. Yes you can say I am self absorbed with my own life to put effort into caring about what happens to people that I dont even know. I am more worried about making sure me and my family are happy and taken care off, everyone else can fend for themselves. (edit: long nested quote --1992)

    RBI are contingent on people getting on base ahead of you. If you have Weeks and Cameron in front of you, there aren't alot of chances for RBI.

    Only thing more offensive then this shirt are people who get offended by stuff that isnt directed at them. Yes I realize that we all can notice something that would be offensive to a certain group, but the crusader act gets old. You see this mostly when it comes to Native American issues, you tend to see Caucasians getting up in arms and claiming something to be offensive without even asking the group that should be offensive if it is. Some people just need to turn the old sensitivity meter down a bit.

    Normally there is no lighting in the restaurant. That is until the aura of 3TO enters to angels singing. I will go as far to say that Branyan sits at the side of Chuck Norris while Bob Sanders sits on the other side to finish off the Triad of Power.

    I am pretty sure this has more to do with teams using the logos then it is with the names. Again in order to maintain a trademark you have to enforce it every time in order to avoid the risk of losing it.

    I am fully on the mechanics due to weight gain. He is bigger in the rump and legs and possibly in the stomach. When I was 220 I was popping HRs left and right in softball but not at 245 I dont have the same power and my swing feels off, same thing goes with golf.(I know the difference between a Pro and me, just making the comparison.) The inverse is true though too, David Duval lost a ton of weight and it totally threw off his mechanics.

    The last couple day games have been like Christmas morning for me as a kid. I am all excited for it to come and then I open my gifts only to find I got socks and underware.

    It is not condescending at all, the fact of the matter is that your Dad is the exception not the rule. Its not 1985 anymore where you can walk into anice job with no academic credentials but a high school diploma. The point is if you want to be able to compete with others for good jobs you have to make sure your education is the absolute best it can be. If you cannot get into the elite private schools, go to Madison, if you cannot get into Madison than go to the next largest state University you can...so on and so forth. Some people do succeed without higher education, but most who bypass college end up punching a time clock every Monday through Friday for forty plus years. All of our journeymen sheet metal guys make more then most on this board averaging about 48,000 to 55,000 a year and the steam fitters make more then that and I can guarantee that all of them didnt go to college. Now you are going to say, yeah but they work hard, yes that is true, but most will retire at 55 and make a really good pension. I was making more then I do now as a foremen and did little to no work.
