    What a great day at the ball park. Hardly anyone there but maybe the best day of the year weather wise. Sheets was great. My favorite inning was when he walked the first guy on 4 straight pitches, ball to the next hitter and he's out of the inning after 7 pitches. I sat behind two Stockton CA brothers who had great Jaha, Sheffield stories who were traveling the country going to every stadium. They loved our stadium, beer and the brats. It was great to see fantastic baseball fans enjoying baseball for what it is.

    BTW: Philly just got swept by Houston, after sweeping Milwaukee, after they lost 7 games in a row before that. Think Philly is looking forward to facing Milwaukee again?

    Brewers up 1-0! Durrington gets on and runs on Counsell's ground out to second taking them out of a double play. Clark the #4 hitter loops one into left for an RBI single. Clark steals second on the first pitch! Way to go Ned!

    Yost said on the pre-game show why not try something off the wall since the regular way was not working. He wanted speed all together so they can run and run. Maddux doesn't pay attention to the runners so why not try to throw him off. I for one hope they play the game to see if the 1-6 in the lineup can get on and run Maddux out of his game plan. Sounds fun during this miserable streak.

    6 pitches and 2 K's! Overbay has to learn how to hit the off speed low breaking ball. Once he does that he will be back to hitting line drives. Imo that is how they are getting him way too often!
