    How ironic was that picture of Sheets cleaning his bat? Does it really matter? I think he could just leave the pine tar on it or just use a new bat for every AB, couldn't he? Or maybe he was just whittling something for his mom.

    The Pirates only had righties left in the pen, so GOD FORBID, we pinch hit Graffy, force in a RH pitcher and then he has to face Fielder as well. I'm a big Yost supporter, but that was a bad call to let Counsell bat there.

    Counsell is just horrible. I thought we had a platoon at 3B - where's Graffy??? Who gives a crap if we go to extra innings and he has to play 8 innings?!! ANYONE's better than Counsell in that situation.

    If I was Armas, I would throw ONLY 80 mph curveballs to Weeks....ok, I guess he's taking my advice! Not sure why anyone would throw a straight pitch to Weeks.

    I guess taking two days off without telling the Brewers is really going to help Melvin trade him, huh? This moron just doesn't get it. And he's probably not that far from a spot in the pen, either. Aquino blew up, Dessens hasn't been too effective. Everything many of us said previously - just go down, pitch your way back into shape and everything will take care of itself! If it wouldn't leave a big hole in our depth chart, a torn ulnar collateral ligament could be kind of funny...... Ok, I'm kidding on that last note.....sort of
