I tweeted this earlier but will say it again. Drinking yourself to a .22 is foolish and immature. Getting behind the wheel at a .22 is irresponsible and dangerous. As per the comment about passing 5 fields before failing a 6th field sobriety test, that is very likely false. There are three standard tests given, one is completely subjective and impossible to challenge and I have never seen someone pass it (Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus). The other two are walk and turn and one leg stand. They on occasion do an alphabet test, but it is less common. Just when I though this team couldnt be any more disappointing. As an adult with a family, why are you out at a bar until 2am on a Monday anyway? As I tell my criminal defense clients all the time, want to NEVER get convicted of a crime again? Tuck your kids into bed every night, watch the 10 o'clock news, go to bed.
