  1. http://www.jsonline.com/sports/ picked the least manly photo of Chris Narveson possible.
  2. MLB.com is grasping for highlights now. "Brewers turn two."
  3. I don't know. I think maybe he hurt his shoulder somehow and it is bothering him.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/laugh.gif
  4. I'm feeling real good about this Braun at-bat for some reason. Call it "optimism"
  5. Stating this before it implodes in my face: I like going with Hawkins then Axford here.
  6. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif This is what I was getting at, but I didn't want to push the point because he doesn't appear to want to have a nice discussion about it. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/ohwell.gif
  7. This is why you put a solid hitter in the two-hole rather than just pure speed... Excellent.
  8. You realize that the most likely outcomein an inning for even a bad pitcher is zero runs, don't you? That's kind of the point. Wow, Hart destroyed that pitch and gets a triple. It's nice to not have a terrible batter in the two hole, huh? And you realize the outcome in an at-bat for even a great hitter is an out, don't you?
  9. Arguably the best hitter available. Yo is nice hitting PITCHER. And Boggs is a terrible hitting fielder. They balance out.
  10. Chris Dickerson just got hit in the head. Looked intentional.
  11. I'd rather they pitch to Yuni. He's almost a lock to fly out to center, then we hope McGehee can somehow tag up. I like those odds better than Lucroy..
  12. Lookie loo who's starting tonight...
  13. Brain says Kotsay, too. He gets on base more effectively than Boggs. A lead-off HR does us no good.
  14. I don't agree with intentionally walking Prince in a 2-1 game with 0 out here. Just throwing it out there for future reference.
  15. Polar opposites in Lucroy and Betancourt there. (btw, are you guys mentally prepared for Axford?)
  16. Yes, one at-bat proves your point that he will have a .370+ OBP for the duration of the season. (although, a walk would've done the same amirite?) He obviously should be ahead of Betancourt (hell, Gallardo should be as well), but putting him in the 2 slot is not good.
  17. Yeah, it would be terrible having a guy with a .371 On Base Percentage bat in front of Braun and Prince. **FACE PALM** Gomez and Hart with their sub .300 OBP are much better options. Yeah, and Lucory is totally going to keep that up the entire season. Surely Hart will continue to look awful all season.
  18. Some of you are chirping about having Lucroy bat 2nd. That sounds like a terrible idea. He would ground into DPs on the regular. It's either Hart or Gomez that should bat 2nd.
