  1. Dillard deserves a shot. He has been filthy so far this year.
  2. Gomez recipe for success: Let Rickie get on, beat out double play, steal 2nd, score on Braun/Fielder hit.
  3. Nobody mentioned this, but I was watching the MLB highlight and Braun glared and Quintero and gave a smirk after he touched home on his home run. Did I miss something?
  4. Wolf with a lot of pitches. Not to be pessimistic, but I don't like our bullpen's odds. No one is healthy or performing well enough. EDIT: Although that bomb will help.
  5. And who are these two "better players"? Kotsay has performed decently as of late whereas the rest of the bench has been trash.
  6. But I think this decision is idiotic. Lyon threw 30+ pitches and didn't look good last inning.
  7. Whoever the jerk-off running mlb.com's live look-ins is... they are one sadistic dude. I see Fielder rip a shot with Braun running then *cuts to blankness* grrrrrrrrr
  8. Gomez gets on with a bunt hit. Steals 2nd. Braun singles him home. My prediction.
  9. Greatest thing you can hear from a player that you just signed until 2020: http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/brewers.html
  10. He doesn't pitch until Sunday. He was taking BP and apparently hitting bombs today.
  11. To be fair, he is a pretty decent runner and a good athlete.
  12. I guess I misinterpreted what this thread was about. I thought we were discussing for the future AFTER Hart gets back. In that case, I think there's almost no way Nieves/Kottaras are both staying.
  13. Reed is gone once Hart comes back. Nieves is unnecessary. He's marginally better at defense than Kottaras and can't hit a damn thing.
  14. Hart says he is on pace for April 22nd return. http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/119573289.html
  15. I'd go with Green and Stetter. Braddock is too valuable to this team, IMO. Stetter is a lefty specialist who can't get lefties out, and Green isn't needed.
  16. You guys give Kotsay a lot of grief... but Reed looks just awful.
