  1. If we let Google play Solomon on this argument... Two-Fisted Slopper - 485 Results Two-Fisted Slobber - 139 Results
  2. You didn't need to fix your title, endaround.
  3. Well, who am I to argue with a t-shirt made by a local family business that is not at all affiliated with the Milwaukee Brewers organization.
  4. I'm actually gonna back SeriesFinale on this one. Chicago is a spectacular city.
  5. 2.1 IP and 3 K for Sheets makes me happy. Rain delays do not.
  6. This is amazing. I actually seem to enjoy Gameday.
  7. I lucked out by not having any Monday afternoon classes this semester. Although Friday afternoon, I just won't go to a class that I'm really not allowed to miss. Last year I got out one of my labs because I had a 'phone interview for a summer internship and Monday afternoon was the only time they could schedule it;' which, in actuality, had taken place two weeks prior.
  8. Gameday got yet another facelift. Swanky. EDIT: Holy crap. It's got in-game video highlights!
  9. Is 'slob' even a verb?
  10. Probably Ozzie Chavez. I believe he re-signed for 2008 over the offseason. EDIT: Dang. Too slow on the draw.
  11. I have a draining feeling that when the Blue Jays and Phillies come to town, a little piece of my soul will die and we'll have to resurrect this thread.
  12. For me, breakfast is synonymous with Raisin Bran. Quaker Oatmeal Squares, Life, and Honey Nut Cheerios were favorites growing up as well. I also like Captain Crunch, but it hurts too much to eat.

  14. Oh god, this definitely. Also, Bambi (when his mother gets shot) and Land Before Time (when his mother dies). But nothing tops The Brave Little Toaster; that movie is a damn 90-minute emotional rollercoaster.
  15. Yeah, after reading the Brewers preview and most of the Tulowitzki lovefest, I didn't really have the stomach to read anything more. It's serving as a coaster on my desk right now.
  16. This is probably a bit dark... http://images.yuku.com/image/jpeg/8b615f4b7ee7853d9c3eab17163fd63bed282a6.jpg
  17. If one goes to FanGraphs and looks at the season stats for a particular pitcher, there's a breakdown of the pitches that they throw at the bottom of the page.

  20. Yeah, got it in my mailbox this morning.
  21. Yeah, there's an article inside that talks about the awesomeness of the '05 draft; Upton (1), Gordon (2), Zimmerman (4), Braun (5), Tulowitzki (7), Ellsbury (23), and Bucholz (42).
  22. It takes some real stones to beat up a guy who doesn't want to fight. Classy.
  23. Goodbye starting pitcher depth.
  24. Odd how the organization would rather promote a backup catcher with a .218 AVG and 1 HR to AAA rather than the starting catcher who has a .443 AVG and 28 HR (and pretty much leading the league in every other offensive category).
