I think I just considered it a no brainer because of how bad the brewers are at hitting the baseball currently.

I'm no fan of it in any situation except to squeeze in the winning run. I'm not a huge fan of bunting either but if you have no outs, a runner on second and a tie game in extras it's a no brainer.

Every one on this team needs to practice bunting for at least an hour after the game. How pathetic have they been with bunting so far?

Agreed 100%. It's just not necessary outside of Memorial Day, Labor Day and 9/11. Gotta keep freedom free though .... how can we do that without a song to bless us during baseball games?

It looks like our hitters the past 48 hours haven't even been looking at the ball when they swing. Wacha's fastball doesn't appear to move unless he's throwing the cutter just like hammel's yesterday

I have come around to the lohse signing for a first round pick but I couldn't see a situation where you could justify giving their pick up for an average hitting DH or a SS every one else has passed over. I think our pitching is good enough that we could sustain a few major injuries from everyday players and be ok. The expanded stats suggest we will start scoring a lot more runs soon. -

The brewers could play this way all season long and still lose to a 75 win cardinals team that snuck into that second wild card seed in the playoffs. We will not have confidence against them until fate decides the cards are no longer it's team.

I doubt Gomez serves it immediately. He will surely challenge it and get it reduced. Maldy will for sure miss a series (or more) even though I love that shot to snider who took down Gomez along with four other pirates by his side.
