  1. My dad & I are going down on Thursday, catching the Friday night game and the 2nd game of the double header on Saturday night. I'm excited for the Saturday night game, as our tickets are front row in the bleachers right in front of the Crew's bullpen. I can't think of the hotel that we booked, but I think it's about a mile away from the park.
  2. I'd be interested in the Sharpe photo... but I know I took part in Phase 1 of the spring cleaning though. Otherwise I'd send a few bucks your way too!
  3. Brian, any update on the shipping costs? Are we still on?
  4. It's kind of short notice, but would anyone be able to burn me a copy of the game tonight? I'd be willing to pay for it.
  5. I was actually lucky enough to get 2 seats, section 201, row GG. Total price via ticketmaster was $149. Needless to say, I can hardly contain my enthusiasm!
  6. Ok, not trying to hijack this thread.... but my Dad and I decided to take a road trip down to St. Louis next month for the Brewers/Cards series. We've never been there, and are planning on staying downtown somewhere within walking distance of Busch Stadium. For those of you who have been to STL, do you have any recommendations in terms of what to do, or where to eat? Obviously there's the Arch, the brewery tour, and the zoo could also be appealing as well. Anything else?
  7. I don't have a retro Prince, but I'd trade you the regular white jersey for your 2007 Pekka Rinne Full Size -- let me know.
  8. Just out of curiosity, for those who go and sit in the players lot hours before the game, where do you park? Do you park in the main lot, or do you park on side streets and just walk to the lot? I'm planning on going this Friday, provided the weather holds out.
  9. agreed, seems like there will be a decent amount of us up in the club. It'll be nice to meet a few of you there!
  10. The two that I got have the same problem w/the bat not staying in place. I think I'm just going to super-glue the bat in place and call it a day.
  11. I was at Jeff's today on Capitol Drive, they said that half of the tickets for the Hardy signing have already been sold which went on sale this morning, for what it's worth.
  12. I'm also looking for one of these as well. I don't have much in way of bobbleheads to trade, but would be willing to pay cash for it. If anyone's interested, PM me. Thanks.
  13. Hey BHF, please disregard my previous message. I would be willing to take the blue Charlie Moore off your hands for about $30 if you would be interested in that. If so, let me know.
  14. Not sure if this had been posted anywhere else yet...per JS Online Role reversal Class AA Huntsville catcher Max St. Pierre, who was released a few days back after batting .156 in nine games, has been re-signed and sent to extended spring training to see if he can make it as a pitcher. "He threw 93 (mph) the other day and that was without using his lower body," assistant general manager Gord Ash said. "We're going to see what happens when he actually learns how to pitch. It's a long shot, but why not give it a try?"
  15. KegStand -- Tickets on sale next Saturday @ noon. You want me to pick you one up, I will....
  16. And I now have my 4th of July plans set in stone!! For once I won't have to travel to Chicago to see Tool play.
  17. If you wouldn't mind posting a picture of it, I'd be interested. What price were you thinking?
  18. Well, allow me to say that I'd be willing to buy a blue jersey from you then!
  19. Yes, thank you sir. It looks great!
  20. If anyone else has an extra, I'd also be interested. Thanks.
  21. ^^ I'm jealous... not because Don Money signed it, but because he has the Snapper's decal on his hat, mine does not! Seriously, that's a nice find. I think I paid $50 for mine which was unsigned.
  22. I couldn't agree more with the last statement -- truly a gentleman and a scholar! Thank you sir.
  23. I'd be interested in the Podsednik ball if you're taking offers.
  24. You can find those thin, plastic black frames just about anywhere -- Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, etc. They are usually no more than $5 from the places that I have seen. However, they are not protected w/glass, I think it is some type of plastic.
