That's ridiculous in my eyes. Ishikawa has a career OPS of .740 or so and over .800 this year Maysonet can't match that for a bat off the bench, he's barely better than Izturis. Not talking about "Ishi", my biggest beef is with "Izzy" being on this roster. Everyone could feel the magic about to end this inning except for one person... He had a quick 5th inning. Bullpen guys aren't robots and can't warmup in 1 minute..and besides who in the bullpen would have you wanted there?

Lefties crush Arroyo this year so might as well try something different. It's not like Hart and Weeks have done much lately.

.300/.432/.732 So what would your ideal lineup be tonight with no Braun?
-
Because Gomez is a poor hitter overall, he's just plain bad against righties. Thank you for being the voice of reason.

It's rediculos to get mad about a lineup for one night. This Dodger team may have a good record but they have a horrible lineup as well. Braun has been banged up and needs a day off now and then.

Are we all sure it is going to be Peralta? He pitched poorly again last night and has terrible numbers thus far in AAA. Lots of walks!

Been reading the site forever and finally decided to start posting. I normally don't get too worked up over the lineup, but the constant catering to Wolf is maddening to me. If it works out and we are facing a righty, that is fine. However, Kottaras should not be facing a lefty, just because Wolf is on the mound...especially considering how Lucroy has been hitting.
