Percentage doesnt matter, we won't be signing Abreu... Can't compete with large market teams.
  2. DR28
Yea I dont get why everyone thinks we'll land Abreu... He is #1 target of Padres and Im sure other teams as well, Abreu will not be a Brewer.

T doesnt hit or get on base enough to be our everyday RF.
  5. DR28
I hope so! We need a RF’r now.

I would like to see us trade Wong, let Turang be our 2B… Him and Urias could platoon. And then take a flier on Brian Anderson at 3B, he would be a good fit. Wouldnt mind bringing back Haniger to play RF. Make these couple moves and I feel much better about this team. Frelick Yeli Adames Tellez Haniger Anderson Turang FA C Mitchell Yea that will do!

Good point, I love our OF prospects! Just want us to go for it, but idk looking unlikely at this time. Guess we’ll see… Sorry everyone, Im just disappointed right now.

A major league deal??? You couldnt get this guy on a MiLB deal, ok.

Funny that people on here think we're gonna sign some big bat now that we have $11 M freed up... Again this FO has shown us all we need to see after Hader and Renfroe trades, Declining Box, getting rid of Suter... We're shedding payroll and gonna be playing a bunch of rookies.
  11. DR28
Lol ok... Hader and Renfroe trades tell everything need to know. Sure hope I will be eating crow in the coming months.
  12. DR28
Brewers FO continually says they want to remain competitive, then show us you mean that!! Hader trade and now this trade signal otherwise.
  13. DR28
Yep we arent doing anything with the money we saved... Trade Burnes and Woodruff as well.
  14. DR28
With the Renfroe trade, would love to see us bring back Haniger... He would be a perfect fit in RF.
  15. DR28
Hopefully we add Haniger or Conforto to replace Renfore. Mitch would be a great fit in RF... Should have never traded him.
  16. DR28
Surprised everyone is ok with the move, he was our most productive hitter last year... Yes I get the $11 M price tag but what does this say about us competing in 2023 if we trade him away? Unless this translates to Abreu or another big bat we dont see coming, this trade makes no sense.
  17. DR28
Going with Frelick, Mitchell and Weimer as our 23 OD OF, god they better hope every single one of these dudes can hit... Otherwise what a mistake, when we can win the division.
  18. DR28
Yep for sure... Hader trade was just the start on them showing the fans they dont plan to compete. Just blow it up, trade Burnes and Woodruff as well... My god this FO.
  19. DR28
What is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Traded our most productive hitter... We better be signing a big bat! Like what are we doing??????? First Hader trade and now this, really isnt speaking volumes of wanting to compete... My god the NL Central is so winnable!
  20. DR28
Better watch it around here with that talk!!! Dont you know that Yelich is complete garbage now.
  21. DR28
I would really like Brian Anderson, dude can play 3B. Add Anderson, Alex Reyes and I would be very happy!!
  22. DR28
Agreed, we mine as well forget about adding Abreu, we'll need to massive overpay. Go get Luke Voit instead.

  24. DR28
Luke Voit and Alex Reyes please! Luke at 1B and Devin, Alex at end of games! Oh yes! We need more RH power, Voit would be a perfect fit on this team.
  25. DR28
Dom Smith?? He’s gonna be FA tonight.
