The Brewers have agreed to terms on a minor league contract with veteran righty Ernesto Frieri, reports MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand (on Twitter). The former Angels closer will be invited to Major League Spring Training and vie for a spot in the bullpen.
  6. DR28
Hope the brewers add Oh then. Agreed! Oh will really finish out our pen.
  7. DR28
They could have just signed Swarzak if they were going to spend that type of money. I would rather have Reed over Swarzak.
  8. DR28
Just heard on MLB Network radio... Reed was told he'll be the set up guy. Damn, WE REALLY SHOULD HAVE ADDED HIM at that price!
  9. DR28
Hell yes! Go get him! Im sure he wont be cheap tho. Leadoff hitter we need. Harrison Thames Braun Shaw Santana Phillips Pina Arcia
  10. DR28
Well looks like we'll be keeping Broxton. Cutch traded to San Fran. Lets sign Arrieta and roll with the OFs we have... Phillips and Broxton platoon in CF, Brinson back to Colorado Springs.
  11. DR28
Good, I hope we add Darvish or Arrieta.
  12. DR28
Awesome, I was hoping we would be interested in Oh! Knebel Hader Oh Barnes Logan Jeffress One of Gallardo/Guerra/Williams/Suter Hell yes!
  13. DR28
I'm really coming around to signing Jake... I want it to happen now... He's the type of pitcher WE NEED taking the hill on OD. Arrieta Anderson Davies Chacin Woodruff My god!! Then add Jimmy coming back by maybe June or July, wow!!
  14. DR28
Darvish has trimmed his teams and also mentioned a mystery team. Stearns has said to kicking the tires on all SPs this offseason but I highly doubt we're the mystery team. Darvish Anderson Davies Chacin Woodruff Would be fricken nice!!
  15. DR28
Man I wouldnt mind trying O at lead off... Arcia ® Villar (S) Braun ® Shaw (L) Santana ® Thames (L) Pina ® Phillips (L) Great balance throughout the lineup.
  16. DR28
Rumor has it... Cubs have 3 yr offer out to Cain.
  17. DR28
I would love to add Cobb at that price. Anderson Cobb Davies Chacin Woodruff Then add someone like Oh or Hernandez as another set up. Knebel Hader Oh/Hernandez Logan Barnes Jeffress Gallardo I would love this staff!
  18. DR28
Reed won't happen. He's gonna get paid big bucks. Oh, David Hernandez, or Romo would look nice Yea ur probably right, our focus is starters anyway. Yes either of those 3 please!
  19. DR28
Now that Logan has been added, I would really like us to add someone like Reed or Oh to setup Knebel. Knebel Hader Reed/Oh Barnes Logan Jeffress That would be a very nice bullpen!
  20. DR28
Im starting to really get behind us signing Cain, he's the type of hitter we need and he could be our answer at leadoff. If we signed Cain and traded Santana and Broxton... Would we platoon Brinson and Phillips in RF? Braun-Cain-Brinson/Phillips Damn I really like that!
  21. DR28
I think he had TJ surgery.
  22. DR28
I wouldnt mind adding Oh as a set up man to Knebel.
  23. DR28
    Rangers increasing pursuit of Cain.
  24. DR28
#Orioles have made another enquiry recently with RHSP Lance Lynn’s agent. Expected to put an offer on the table soon.#Rangers, #Brewers, and #Cubs are other teams continuing to express an interest.
  25. DR28
Deal Broxton and sign Cain, although I think he's gonna be expensive Braun-Cain-Santana Hell yes!
