I definitely know what you're hoping to imply (and I'd love to see the same), but Green did take part in the completion of the suspended game, so it's not as if he's on a plane (yet http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/wink.gif). He could definitely make it to Phoenix for Monday, though, and he's not going to get injured on the Nashville bench in the regularly scheduled game. Josh must be Green's agent still, we need an Agent39 update... It would make my week of Green was called up and started in Arizona on Monday. Hopefully that is why he is out of the lineup. -

He's going to end up in the AL for this very reason. Without a DH position available for Prince, I can't envision an NL team offering up as much $$. He's seems to be especially bad this year.He certainly would be more valuable to an AL team as a DH. A lot of pundits seems to think Anaheim or Baltimore might pony up the $$.

That was my thought. If you want to use K-Rod in the 9th, Axford can get you 4 outs. This loss goes to Roenicke. The guy never learns. He is no Bud Black or Joe Maddon.

I know we have no LHP in the pen, but someone out there has to have better splits vs left handed batters then Loe. I would have used Axford there and had him in the 8th as well. Oh well Ron, your a moron.

I guess Runnin Ron will never learn that Loe should never, ever face a left handed batter.

Too many umpires would call Hart out there simply because the ball beat him and the catcher applied a tag. But as the replay shows, Hart was safe. Wish more umps would call the play and not the ball. Good call kid.

Wow, a umpire that actually calls the play and not the ball. The ball did beat Hart, but Hart slide into the home and got a piece of it before the tag. Maybe more minor league umps should be up.

I would have. I would want him to pitch the 7th. He has been darn good tonight, but you know how teams feel about pitch counts. They baby the pitchers as soon as they get near 100. Sometimes they need to let the guys stretch it out a bit.

They do seem to handle injuries quite strangely. Never seem sure how serious they are or how to handle the return and recovery time. So now they say it is tightness in his left calf and hamstring. Geez.

If he goes on the DL, I would be pretty ticked that they didn't just do that instead of him playing these 2 1/2 games. Him going on the DL for 15 days would really hurt.

Great, no LHP in the pen again. Well done Doug and Gord. Not that Braddock didn't deserve to get sent down, he was tossing bad. But then go find a LHP pitcher somewhere. -

I think it is mental. They clearly play very sloppy on the road and it is in there head and a lack of focus. -
I to am starting to think it is not worth watching road games anymore this season. Just check the score afterward and be happy and shocked if they actually won.

Let me repeat myself again Doug. FREE Taylor Green! Seriously, Counsell and McGehee are not cutting it. Give Green a chance at least.

The Brewers are just flat out a sloppy team on the road in all facets. That is why they are so bad away from MP. Lack of focus.

And Braddock continues to stink. Were only one game back from the break and feels like the sky is falling. Go get em tomorrow I guess.
