4-0! Well Brian said we would win by 6 and we would not need a closer. Didn't happen but we won anyway. Dave Bush is my new hero I think. He kind of reminds me of Roy Oswalt. Anyone else see it? -
The Brewers are going to win by 6.... No closer will be needed. I hope you are right Brian, winning by 6 is like a blowout. I hope your prediction rings true tonight. And I agree with the guy that said Bush kind of looks like Stiffler.
-
Is Turnbow available tonight? Good question after pitching in the first 3 games I wonder, although there was an off day yesterday. I have no clue what Yost would do if we have a save situation tonight. If he does not use Turnbow, does he use Wise? or Kolb?
-
Yes he does look pretty happy, im happy hes a brewer.
-
Very excited tonight to watch the game and see Bush make his Brewers debut. If we win tonight it would be the first time since 1987 the Crew have started a season 4-0. That of course is the year we started 13-0 and Rob Deer made the cover of SI. Hopefully we get a good performance from Bush and Prince really breaks free this series. With JJ, Carlos, and Geoff all seeing the ball pretty well so far this season.
-
As soon as Prince gets that first hit hell be fine. Hes just pressing to much right now trying to get off the snide. I say start him against the lefty Duke.
-
Doumit has been a pretty big name prospect, I think he came up toward the end of last season.
-
I doubt Wilson plays catcher only because they have Cota and also a good young cather Ryan Doumit. I could see them moving Bay to center and Wilson in LF, or Burnitz to CF and Wilson to RF.
-
I think Prince and Geoff get back on track tonight after there numerous K's yesterday. No one better to do it against then Santos.
-
I was there and what a way to start the year! Carlos and JJ both go yeard, Rickie and Prince played solid D, and DD pitched pretty well. Oh yeah and Turnbow got the save! Hopefully Prince and Geoff swing better tomorrow, all those strke outs were the only thing bad about the game. And what a gret moment when they announced the bench coach Robin Yount. Ooops and how could I forget old man Cirillo who still has it huge pinch hit.
-
Excited to see how Yost plays this season, had a decent spring in the games he got to play in.
-
They wouldn't be able to use that mound for a few years. That, or the apocalyse. That pretty much sums up a Prince vs King fight.

Man if only Rottino could have gotten a little more of that pitch and tie it up. Can't wait to see Vinny up the bigs. -
Yeah I heard him on Bob and Brian as well. He seems like a very nice guy. I kind of doubt he will make the club out of camp, but if there is an injury or for sure a september call up. On a side note the Bob and Brian interviews with players in Arizona have been pretty good and funny.
-
I would really like to see Rottino in a Brewer uni someday in the bigs.

Bonds HR should not count on the count it was the product of numerous steroids.
-
San Francisco Chronicle reporters have corroborated the claims of Bonds' steroid abuse made by every single person who has watched or even loosely followed the game of baseball over the past five years.
-
Thanks parkside.

Kent is the producer of Ueck and Jim on WTMJ right? How did the crew get there runs? Iam at work. "And boom goes the dynamite".

Bush, Jackson, and Gross for Overbay. That is another reason to worship the genius that is Doug Melvin. -
If Moeller does not make the team, I would assume it will be Rivera or Johnson but if they give him more chances to catch I hope they give the hometown kid Rottino a shot to be Miller's backup. If Rottino makes it as the backup we could have 3 guys Hall, Hart, and Rottino that all can play a bunch of different positions.
-
Hey Anders34 you might be right, first game of the season on TV. They might break them out, but I know usually they only wear the batting practice jerseys during spring.
-
Well I cant wait very excited for the first TV game of the year on FSN. Plus two WBC games on ESPN2.
-
"I will now light myself on fire." That is funny, but pretty much sums it up.

Here we go again............this is scary! We are 24 days away from opening day.
