Yeah I agree, I have really enjoyed the JS coverage for the Brewers this spring. Should continue into the regular season. Actually that whole JSOnline sports watch thing is very cool.
  2. BrewCrewForever
Man I wish I could listen in on this, to bad they dont have Ueck and Jim doing all the spring games on 620.

I guess if Joe Jackson still can't get in and he has been dead for years, how can they ever let Rose in. No doubt he has all the numbers to warrant being a hall of famer. Rose is one of the greatest of all time but he did the one thing you are forbidden to do. And because of that he will never get in and that is unfortunate but you make the bed and you have to lay in it to. Sorry Pete you were great but you bet on baseball and that is your own fault.

Capellan, Wise, and Turnbow. Milwaukee's version of the nasty boys.
  5. BrewCrewForever
My hope is that Capellan can be the man in the 7th. He is gonna get the chance, hopefully he runs with it. The combo of Capellan, Wise, Turnbow could be great.

I still think that Prince will be ready for everday action in 06, but playing the whole AFL would have just been even more experience.
  7. BrewCrewForever
I wonder what the peronal reasons are? I hope its not a case of him complaning about having to be there and the Brewers just saying okay. Prince didn't need to be there but the extra baseball wouldn't hurt.
  8. BrewCrewForever
Those strike calls on Prince were questionable. They looked pretty well off the outside corner. All in all a good AB by Prince to work the count. Can't wait to see him play the whole year next year. Thanks for keeping the seat warm for him Lyle and good luck to you where ever you end up.

If histiry holds true yes we are facing a good pitcher in Duke there for we will actually score runs unlike if we face with ERA in the upper 5's low 6's. Anyone else hope Turnbow gets a save chance to break Kolb's record? I know I want him to.

Here we are game #162 season final. Brewers win and they have a winning season, they lose and its still a .500 year, third in Central and better record then Cubs. Chris Capuano 18-11, 3.96 ERA vs Zach Duke 7-2, 1.85 ERA TV: FSN Radio: 620 WTMJ Lets hope Cappy has some gas in the tank. Get em boys!

Please Tomo lets get your 12th win today and get win 82 so we dont have Vic going for it tomorrow, pressure free.

Mark Attanasio Doug Melivn Gord Ash Ned Yost A huge thanks to those men for all the things they did this year to put this WINNING team on the field. I am just so proud to be able to tel people this off season that my team is not losers, but winners. Here is to a playoff push in 06.
  13. BrewCrewForever
Get DD some run support and that 81 win will be our tonight, then we go for over 81 the next two days. Lets do it boys!
  14. BrewCrewForever
Oh my gosh the Brewers have come to play on a gameday where we can go over 500! Amazing.
  15. BrewCrewForever
I want to resign Ohka as our 5th starter, but if his asking price is to high I think Helling would be a very good choice as well.
  16. BrewCrewForever
A Maddux jersey would be pretty sweet. He is just an outstanding pitching coach and I am very tahnkfull we have him here in Milwaukee.
  17. BrewCrewForever
How does Maddux just continue to make last chance pitchers look good?
  18. BrewCrewForever
Helling has pitched awesome! Please guys get him some run support.
  19. BrewCrewForever
I to am glad that we did take 2/3 from St. Louis, but it really is unreal that every single time we try for a sweep or try to get that win to go over 500 we do nothing. Flat out nothing, no runs and we get owned by a pitcher. It just really stinks. Lets just take care of business now against Cincy and Pitts.
  20. BrewCrewForever
Damn Prince fisted that one, had he got the sweet spot on it I think we might have a tie ball game.
  21. BrewCrewForever
I think the biggest move we need to make this offseason is somehow getting Jeff Suppan mostly because if we have him we dont face him and he seems to just own us. I hate him. DD once again pitching very good and no ***** run support for him.
  22. BrewCrewForever
This is just all to familiar when we win the first 2 games of a series. Iam so angry right now.
  23. BrewCrewForever
Thanks guys, wow DD with 3 k's already nice.
  24. BrewCrewForever
Yeah I totally agree and understand, I just wish Prince could get like 1 start a week. Hey anyone know what radio station the game is on?
  25. BrewCrewForever
Can Prince ever get some love and get a start? For awhile Yost seemed to start him every Sunday. Oh well. Overbay is hitting okay.
