  1. There are tickets available in most areas for game 1 still. I could get section 120 row 20 tickets, 2 together. Also tickets in field outfield, loge infield, club infield. I searched for 2 together for both. Game 2 appears to be legit sold out, not even single tickets at the moment.
  2. There's a positional breakdown. I laughed pretty hard at the idea that the Dodgers have an advantage in LF, otherwise it's reasonable. Our advantages generally are outfield and bullpen.
  3. Do not forget Cain. I think this extra rest is extremely beneficial, but especially to both Cain and Aguilar.
  4. Do these guys know anything about the Brewers? Knebel is far better now than he was in July or June. It's not up for debate. The Dodgers scored 21 runs off Chacin(admittedly a problem) but also Williams, Albers, and Perez. Congratulations...you really got to our bullpen. The Dodgers won the season series 4-3 with 3 of our losses being close. In what universe is that "owning us"? This isn't quite cubs level of delusion, but still pretty bad.
  5. Wow, Dodgers included Urias on their roster. I'm a bit blown away by that...
  6. For a final guess I'm going to go with. Pitchers - GG, Miley, Chacin, Woodruff, Burnes, Hader, Soria, Jeffress, Knebel, Guerra, Cedeno, Anderson Positions - Pina, Kratz, Aguilar, Schoop, Arcia, Moustakas, Shaw, Perez, Braun, Yelich, Cain, Santana, Granderson
  7. You can also look at it as you are more likely to get 2 tickets per game if supply is limited. Demand is going to be crazy, if it's 4 per ticket some SSH might not get tickets at all. Hard to complain about the perk either way, I'd understand whichever direction they choose to go.
  8. Haudricourt posted that 10 am is a requirement, not just a recommendation or what they've always done type of thing. So expect them for sure by 10.
  9. I'm a bit shocked by the price drops on stubhub for games 1 and 2 to be honest. Especially game 2 being a saturday. Friday's game has about 2000 tickets left while saturdays still has over 4000.
  10. That's kinda what I'm expecting as well, otherwise there won't be much left beyond ssh.
  11. Does anybody suspect if I am okay to wear Brewers apparel at Dodgers Stadium? I realize anything can happen anywhere, so just looking more along the lines of "I wouldn't do that" or "you're fine". I wouldn't be too concerned as long as you aren't overly loud or obnoxious. Basically, just don't act like a cubs fan and you should be fine.
  12. GG didn't pitch against the Dodgers this year, but last year had a 407 OPS against and in 2016 had 583 OPS against. Notables like Puig, Taylor, Turner, Grandal had a combined 2 hits against him the last 2 years combined. Someone posted this earlier and I've putzed with it a decent amount. http://colorado.rockies.mlb.com/stats/sortable_batter_vs_pitcher.jsp?c_id=col#season=2017&batting_team=119&batter=&pitching_team=120&pitcher=461829
  13. I honestly think a lot of it is just semantics. You don't let one of your executives interview for a job unless it's a promotion. There isn't really a promotion from POBO other than owner. Is it that much different to the Cubs with Theo and whoever they have as GM? GM title certainly pays way more than AGM. If Arnold had a line on a GM job elsewhere that he had more responsibility he may make a move, or he may be happy where he's at. Almost like when receivers would leave Favre and Rodgers only to go elsewhere to a team with a worse QB and be trash. Not exactly apples to apples but somewhat comparable.
  14. Right, and as soon as he does that...he won't have as many PH options later for if we are winning and Hader comes in for 2 innings to mow down lefty after lefty.
  15. Have to assume game 4 will be started by Anderson or Davies on a short leash or go the bullpen route. Chacin pitching game 7 may depend on how he looks game 3, but this is generally a good strategy to try and keep the lefties on the bench with that short porch in left. Also allows GB pitcher Miley games 2 and 6 both at Miller Park.
  16. Looks like it's going to be GG and Miley games 1 and 2. Chacin starting game 3.
  17. That's about what I'm expecting. I'm anticipating SSH on Tuesday, 10 pack on Wednesday, 4 pack on Thursday, WI Residents on Friday and general public on Saturday. I think it's likely anything past a 10 pack is basically a formality as there is unlikely to be much left unless they limit SSH to 2 per account rather than 4. It's the world series, demand is going to be off the charts...and MLB taking 1/3 of tickets to every game right off the bat is extremely limiting. I'm expecting terrace and SRO to be going for $300 minimum on SH, and possibly a lot more.
  18. Puig. Is. Just. Having. Fun. He can say what he wants and be as confident as he wants. If he was like "everyone in the Brewers clubhouse knows we're the better team"...similar to Javi trash Baez...that would irritate me more. Being confident in yourself is whatever. That said, I hope his comments are posted all over the Brewers clubhouse the rest of the series. In fact, I hope he provides even more motivation.
  19. I think a lot of people are waiting and hoping prices drop. It will be especially interesting for any potential game 6 and 7s and world series games, I wouldn't be surprised if prices started dropping a day or 2 before the game...but then dramatically spiked day of game as the supply would be so low but demand still sky high. I'm anticipating terrace seats and SRO going as low as 60-70 bucks for Friday and 80 for Saturday. I'm no expert by any stretch and make no promises, that would be a similar pattern to both NLDS games though. There are still 3400 tickets listed for Friday and 4300 for Saturday.
  20. I think almost all do. I use Steve's on Bluemound, and will usually drink a pitcher or 2 with whoever I'm with prior to taking the shuttle. They've given me 4 passes for buying a pitcher, or else anyone buying a drink they'll give a pass to. Seems way easier than going the voucher route.
  21. The astros have a few horses in their rotation, but they utilized guys like Morton and McCullers much the same we we are utilizing our back end starters. We simply have quite a few more than they do...and no Keuchel or Verlander. I'll also add that this guy has completely ignored Miley's success against the Dodgers this year, and Chacin's struggles. That's a bit sloppy...
  22. I'm not sure if this was posted yet, for conspiracy theorists out there... https://www.aol.com/article/news/2018/10/10/former-baseball-executive-mlb-is-going-to-do-anything-they-can-to-have-the-dodgers-beat-the-brewers/23557176/
  23. I only got parking for Saturday and mine is showing the same. I would assume you could forward it the same as tickets once the barcode becomes available.
  24. I tend to agree here. If it were me, I'd have Miley start 1 and 5, Chacin start 3 and 7, and do bullpen days 2, 4, and 6. You'd have Hader, Jeffress, Knebel, Soria, and Cedeno as short relievers and 5 of Woodruff, Burnes, GG, Guerra, Anderson, Davies, Peralta. More likely than not, you'll use 2 or 3 of those guys to get through 5-6 innings and send it to the short relievers. Doing it this way gives you 2 days of rest between each bullpen game, so theoretically you could have the same 3 guys pitch 2-3 innings all 3 games and have one or two guys in reserve for the other 4 games in case of a bad start.
