    I'm not sure if I like the idea of a Morrow-Gamel swap. Morrow has lots of potential, but only has 3 more years of team control vs. 6 years of Gamel. I wouldn't be terribly upset with a deal like this, but I think I prefer Gamel right now.

    I was SO mad after that terrible call. I had finally calmed down after a couple days, but now, after reading this thread I am incredibly irritated again. Nothing you can do about it... Bucks missed a lot of FT's down the stretch. Probably should have never went to OT.

    How much service time does Villanueva have? If he has 5+ years he would need to consent to being sent down. EDIT: First pitched for the Brewers in 2006, so looks like 4 years.

    No one expected Counsell to have anywhere near the season that he had last year. If Melvin's plan coming into 2009 was to have Counsell be the starting SS, people on this board would have been ready to crucify him. Yeah, it would have been nice to get a huge return from JJ, but I would have been upset if he was traded before last year. No one could have predicted his huge drop off in production.

    Redd has a player option at $18.3 million for the 2010/2011 season. There is no chance he turns that down. I'd say it's pretty much guaranteed he'll be back next year. EDIT: typo

    It's being reported that Halladay will not approve a trade after he's reported to spring training for the Blue Jays, essentially forcing something to happen sooner rather than later I guess. Don't really know if that changes much unless it's getting close to spring training with no deal done yet. Halladay Article

    Well, I was just playing my game online and everything froze up. I feel bad because I was down 28-7 (QB wasn't throwing passes anywhere near where they were supposed to go...pick 6 and KR for TD against), but I guess I just have to replay it from the beginning? It doesn't seem to let me pick up from where I was at in the game. I think my game must be messed up. It doesn't look scratched or anything, but this is the 3rd time in the last couple weeks that it has froze up on me. It doesn't happen with any other games though.

    The Bucks needed a player like this in the worst way. I hope people in Milwaukee start to pay more attention to the team with the hype he's creating.

    And keeping Looper possibly stops you from improving the worst starting pitching staff in MLB from last year. I find it hard to assume that whoever we spend the money on will only be slightly better and will cost $4 mil more...it's possible, but IMO doubtful. Either way I'm glad DM did it and got even more financial flexibility because of it.

    I just moved to a new apartment and am waiting on Time Warner to install cable/internet so I may not be able to play until (hopefully) later this week.

    I sent him a friend request and told him I should be able to play around 3:00 tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully we are able to get the game in then.

    I don't think that is even close to a fair comparison. Hall had huge holes in his swing while Casey has a tighter, compact swing and makes much better contact. EDIT: ...not to metion much better plate discipline.

    Just added you as a friend. My schedule is fairly flexible so I shouldn't have a problem getting games in.

    I don't mind taking a different team. I will try to leave the league and join as a different team. EDIT: I dropped the Saints and rejoined with the Steelers Vikings. Let me know if this works for everyone.

    I just joined the league as the Saints. Are you able to sign free agents during the season, or is my roster pretty set the way it is?

    If you want to you can just hop online right now and join up. We are in like week 6 or so, but its really not a big deal. A few people have hit the waiver wire, but no big trade deals or anythign have gone down. I will definitely go online later today and join up. How does this work? Will I just be able to pick from the remaining teams available?

    If you guys are planning on doing this again and are looking for other players, I would be interested in joining. I've never really played online, but it sounds like fun.
